Amazing quality for the price
For this price, these headphones are excellent. I was planning on getting a cheap $20 pair and when i saw these and how well received they were, I got these instead.Super happy with the cushioning around the ears, the sound quality, just about everything about them! You can hear whats going on around you just barely but it’s still pretty good on noise cancellation. The mic the headphones come with, too, is really good! It looked like a cheap plastic mic, and I assumed the sound would resemble the look but I was wrong; super clear mic audio. I can have the mic very far from my face and it still picks up the sound remarkably well.If you’re on the fence about getting these over a more expensive paid, I would get these; as they provide a high quality experience without breaking the bank

Third OneOdio product I've purchased.
What can I say OneOdio makes good stuff. I have bought a few different headsets at this price point and OneOdio has won me over from the other makes. At their price point I don't know of a headphone that I like better. The build quality is good. The design is really solid as well; which tends to be a fault at this price. They make pretty good sounds as well. I have more expensive and better headphones, I am not going to say these sound as good as $150 or more headphones. They are are outclassed by headphones that should outclass them. But these are tough headphones, that sound really good at a fantastic price. As I said I had bought OneOdio products before. I have 2 of their non-gaming units (lower end version). I love them. My daughter needed a set of headphones for gaming. So when I saw OneOdio made a set, I was certainly going to purchase them. It was a good purchase and now my son wants a set to replace his gaming headset. I'll be buying a second set soon.OneOdio made some smart, if unorthodox design decisions on these phones. Rather than mess with a good design, they pretty much kept the same design as their non-gaming headphones. Rather than put a mic on the earpiece, they made the mic part of the cable. It is a bit weird, but I think it was done well. The result is as good as any other solution in the segment. This design also allows the headphones to just be used as regular headphones as they include a "standard" headphone cable as well. Notice I quoted "standard" because OneOdios's "standard" cable is better than what most at this price point ship with. This is something I love with their regular headphones as well. It is a high quality cable, but the kicker is it has both phono sizes in one cable. You can hook it up to any standard phono jack, but you can also hook it up to serious gear like Amps. Most headphone makers give you a little adapter that just gets lost. OneOdio again just designs things well. Just a quick mention their designs allows to headphone chaining. You don't need splitters to have multiple people listen in.As you can tell I really like these, the gaming model is every bit as impressive as the more regular models I have already fallen in love with. Having used lots of "gaming" headphones these are the leader in my eyes at this price point. If you are shopping this price point, this should be the model you pick up. You will buying design that competes with more expensive solutions. The sound performance is good. That combo is really hard to to find at this end of the market. I know because I've bought some garbage. If you have kids this can be a set that they can game with and use as regular headphones everywhere else.

Impressed
I've had these for about a week now, and i use them for both gaming/PC and to plug into my Amp. The dual cords make this a really simple thing. I keep the monitor cable in my Amp and the Mic cable in my PC. I just unplug the respective cables from the headset and plug the other in. The sound i was impressed for the price. I heard new sounds in several of my games and spent quite a bit of time tracking down a fire crackle i've never heard before. It is surround sound so you can hear the movement in FPS games around you. They are a lot louder than you would think, i did have to crank down the volume. The sound from my amp is full and matches the tone setting. These are the first noise canceling set i've had and it's funny not hearing my kids asking me questions without me taking off the headset

Excellent sounding headphones, but poor mic/cable implementation
This headphones sound excellent, seem to be well designed for headphone use, and if this was the only feature about these that I was reviewing, it would probably get 5 stars. Unfortunately, this aren't just headphones -- they're a gaming headset, so you have to consider the mic feature, which is very poorly implemented.First of all, it's the industry standard to have the mic on the left side rather than right, so that's the first thing most gamers will notice. However, OneOdio took this non-standard design WAY further by combining the mic and audio cable into one piece that plugs into a special keyed/notched 3.5mm jack on the right side of the headphone only. Because the mic connection is keyed/notched, you can't really rotate the mic out of the way when you're not using it. You can bend it kind of out of the way, but there's a limit to how much it can bend so it still sticks way out there in your peripheral view. Also, since the mic is detachable, if you don't want to use it you can simply unplug it right? Wrong! The main audio cord is part of the mic! The only way around this is to switch to the other cable that plugs into the 1/4" jack on the left side of the headphones and then has a 3.5mm jack on the other end of the cable. But that causes you to carrying around the second cable, unplug the cable from the headphones and device, and then replug everything back in -- it's just a pain and a really bad design. What caused me to return these, though, was the headphone/mic splitter adapter is virtually impossible to plug into all the way so there's no sound. You really have to use all your strength to shove the jack in there and it feels like you're going to break something (either your fingers or the plugs). In summary: They look great, sound great, but their cable/mic design is horrible.

These are...okay.
The sound quality is what I expected - good for editing work because it does not alter the sound and keeps it clear. The comfort is - oh my goodness these hurt like the devil's burning taco night farts. The padding is stiff and I can't wear them for long periods of time. The mic also did not work, which I didn't need, but still was a bit disappointing. All in all, it did what I needed it to, but in no way wowed me.

Great headphones
I've been using these headphones for a few weeks and they are great headphones. They are really comfortable, easily adjustable, the sound quality is amazing, and they cancel out a lot of outside noise. The only problem I have with them is that the cord that plugs into them has already started to break. If I don't hold the cord at a certain angle only one headphone will work and, because the one end has a larger plugin, it's a little harder to replace.

Exactly as described
I've had the headphones for about a week now, so I can't speak for durability. However, in the short time that I've had it, I'm very pleased with the quality of the headphones and the quality of the microphone. They are very comfortable to wear, and you have the option to take the microphone off or leave it on, depending on what makes you comfortable. The quality of the mic is also very good. Definitely happy with what I got for the price.

I do not recommend
I bought it 2 times. They are very handy but stopped working after one month. I bought it a second time because the first time I did not guess that the problem was in the headphones. Unfortunately, they also stopped working after a month. Therefore, I do not recommend them.

Decent Headphones if on Sale
I checked the reviews of these headphones and thought it'd be a steal at the time, and while they still work fine and do have their benefits, I eventually stopped using them.Pros: the microphone is fantastic, they have been durable & flexible, the controls are functional, and it looks pretty good. the sound quality is also good for gaming and your average music enthusiastCons: not comfortable for me after an hour or so (my ears aren't too big but they cause discomfort on them along with my jaw), even with the padding provided. I would have the headphones to the maximum length extendable, and I'd say I have a normal size head, and the headphones would feel too tight for me.
