Bought to take on our holiday ., we usually take bamboo mugs but thought this year would invest in thermal mugs with sturdy handles and spill proof lids ( they are secure but remember to turn the drinking vent to closed .)The handles are chunky and where ideal for a relative who has issues with a tremor.Tge mugs are deep and hold a decent amount (half pint and keep a beer cold as well)They where at hit with hot chocolate on the beach ,cold drinks on the beach ,hot coffee whilst walking the dog first thing .The down side are minor detailWash the cups very well as the steel interior has milling residue and took couple washes to remove .And they don't stack inside one another.apaet from that good value and quality for the money.woukd definitely buy again.Family member has bought a set for their various outdoors adventures

These are not leak proof, the lids only sit into the neck of the cup. They do keep a cup of coffee hotter for a little longer if you place the lid on them. It is however the plastic lids which let them down. The lid only lasted a week until it fell apart, i gave up trying to put it back together again too.The cup itself isn't large (standard cup sized), though is sturdy enough - hand wash only though people.

Brilliant until you try to get the sticker off ! How pathetic I have to go out and buy a product to get the stupid sticker off ! Waste of a good product left me really frustrated

I would NOT recommend these to anyone. Nor would I buy them again.Cons: Three arrived dented, one of which is also cracked, all of the lids are loose, one is so loose it fell out when turned upside-down. One lid has such a sharp edge that it sliced my thumb open. Even rinsing causes water to get between the coloured plastic and the metal interior. They don't keep the drink hot for any significant amount of time when compared to an ordinary stoneware mug. They are not fit for purpose, and are therefore a huge waste of money.Pros: Nice colour. Big labels which weren't too difficult to remove and came off cleanly so didn't need to use the goo gone to remove any lable residue.

Lovely and great price set of travel mugs, ideal for camping etc. Lids are thin plastic and loose, more to prevent twigs or insects from getting INTO the drink than any kind of spill prevention or heat retention. If you want a heavier duty, non spill mug you will have to spend more money.

Good little cups for use in our camper van

I purchased these mainly because they said to be dishwasher safe however just prior to loading them in to the dishwasher I went to remove the stickers of them and the one at the bottom showing the barcode also stated Not Suitable for Dishwashers.There was no instructions on the care of the product and I wasn't sure about the plastic film around the coloured stainless steel as it had a seam and didn't know if it was supposed to be removed, even the silicone seal around the lid didn't feel firm enough so to prevent spillage.So after all of this I had no choice but to return them which was a shame as they looked nice, however if you haven't got a dishwasher or happy to hand wash then they may be perfect for you especially as they are cheap compared to others.
