Amazing Accuracy and Comfort – Perfect for Overnight Monitoring!
I've been using the EMAY Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. First and foremost, the accuracy is spot on. I’ve compared it with readings from professional medical equipment, and the results have been consistently reliable and trustworthy. What really sets this device apart is how comfortable it is to wear overnight. The soft sensor design fits snugly without being intrusive or irritating. I often forget I’m even wearing it, which is a huge plus for anyone who needs continuous oxygen monitoring while sleeping. The Bluetooth connectivity is another great feature—syncing with the app is seamless, and the data is presented clearly and is easy to track over time. This has given me better insights into my nighttime oxygen levels and helped me spot trends I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. If you’re looking for a pulse oximeter that combines accuracy, comfort, and smart features, I highly recommend giving the EMAY Bluetooth model a try. It's definitely a worthwhile investment for peace of mind and better health tracking.

Easy to use & accurate way to assess reduced blood oxygen levels and their severity
The EMO-80 is an incredibly well-designed, accurate (I compared it to several other oximeters including my doctor's and my Apple watch), and useful product. The graphic displays and summary reports are easily accessible in the app, and they present, in a very user-friendly and professional way, all the information that is needed to assess reduced blood oxygen levels, to identify sleep apnea and its severity, and to check the effectiveness of sleep apnea remediation devices. The battery life is quite good. Using alkaline batteries, I get 6 nights of all night recording which is a couple of nights more than I expected with all night use. A minor positive point is that the device comes with, not one but two, sets of batteries and they are alkaline batteries. I don't know if you've noticed, but anything I have ever bought that comes with batteries always come with shorter-lasting non-alkaline batteries.

A Sleep O2 Tracker That Actually Makes Sense
Let’s be honest—most sleep oxygen monitors are either a pain to use or require you to stay tethered to an app all night like some kind of lab experiment. The EMAY Sleep Oxygen Monitor actually gets it right. Record first, sync later—no need to mess with Bluetooth connections at 2 AM. Just slap it on, let it do its thing, and check the data when you're ready. The built-in memory is solid, meaning I don’t have to worry about syncing it every single morning. It will record for forty hours and let me download the info onto the app at my leisure. The Android app is also a huge plus—I can download my sleep data and bring real numbers to my doctor instead of just saying, “I swear I wake up gasping for air.” The app also doesn't have any annoying ads. A big bonus in my book.Another win? The rotating LCD display. No awkward neck craning or moving my finger into awkward positions just to check my numbers—who needs a chiropractor visit on top of sleep issues? Accuracy-wise, it does a great job tracking O2 levels and heart rate.Bottom line: This thing is easy, accurate, and doesn’t make you jump through hoops to use it. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss way to track your oxygen levels while you sleep, this is the one to get.

Works well
This monitor seems to work well. You can wear it on your finger for a short period of time or overnight and send the information to the app at a later time. It does not upload to the app automatically, which means the app is not running or tracking you - just the device. I have the app on an iPad and the data transfers easily when I connect (via Bluetooth, no cable needed) You can then view the information in a graph, grouped as statistics, or as a list of individual readings. It shows your max, average and minimum sp02 and heart rate (bpm) along with other helpful statistics. If you are looking for something to test for apnea, I don’t think this will show that, but I can’t say for sure. It would show how low your oxygen went and for how long, but I don’t think it would show if you stopped breathing. This device uses regular AAA batteries. I would like it better if it could be charged. Overall I am pleased with the usefulness of this monitor. It is easy to use.

EMAY sleep pulse oximeter works perfectly!
We purchased the EMAY oxygen pulse oximeter to study are sleep oxygen levels. It works perfectly! It’s easy to use, the battery appears to last a long time, and it functions flawlessly. It generates an easy to understand report and gives you everything that you would normally see on a professional report. Note, it’s not medical equipment, but it definitely gives you an excellent understanding of how you’re sleeping relative to your oxygen levels and your heart rate. The price was fantastic, and it gave us priceless knowledge of how we’re doing. I recommended it as a good l, economical, first step to see if you have sleep apnea issues before actually going to a sleep apnea study at your physician.

Great tool for people who struggle with sleep apnea.
I am very happy with this purchase. Works great, records both heart rate and oxygen saturation levels for every second of sleep through the night, uploads easily to phone app the next morning where you can see all raw data and as well as a summary report that can be downloaded. Great for those who struggle with sleep apnea and sharing this information with your doctor, or just to help you track your sleep to meet personal health goals.Stays on my finger all night even without the provided strap. Instruction booklet that came with it stated that battery may only last a few nights due to long recording times, however I have used it for 9 nights in a row now and battery is still more than half full. Takes 2 AAA batteries. Highly recommend.
