This was easy to assemble and would have given more stars except half the pieces WERE NOT LABELED!!! So it took twice as long to assemble because I was having to guess on some pieces. The actual assembling was a breeze. It’s not a real wood piece but I am ok with that because I have pets. It’s nice and ring proof for setting glasses on. It looks great and I love the style and it is totally what I wanted. I use it as a bedside table. I wanted it to open toward me while I am in bed, not out the front. And it has 2 adjustable shelves and that extra shelf is sweet. Perfect spot for my books, the remote & my phone while it charges overnight. And I like the push magnetic door clasp. Closes tight, keep cats out of! I am a fan of the black metal, wood look so this was a great find. I am going to buy another one.

It was actually really easy to put together and the instruction was clear. Maybe the instruction got improved based on the older reviews? You just need to pay attention to the orientation according to the pictures in the instruction. Do note that proportion in the pictures are somewhat confusing, so just pay attention to the positions of the holes.Super sturdy and looks great especially for the price. Doesn't come across as cheap or flimsy at all.

For a piece of Chinese flat-pack furniture, this is pretty solid. Looks pretty good and is a passable match with the rest of my West Elm wood-and-dark-metal furniture. Like all particle board furniture the "wood" can be a bit on the delicate side, but we're getting what we paid for. I can't complain.Let it be known that the instructions are absolutely infuriating because they are illustrated with no regard for the pieces' shapes and sizes. For instance, the side pieces that in reality are more or less square are shown in one step as a long thin strip, where the skinny ends represent the top of the table, then in another step shown as a long thin strip where the skinny ends are the table's sides. Therefore, especially early in the build, you have to constantly second-guess yourself since you're never sure that you have all the right pieces. Since the instructions have no written language (a la IKEA or LEGO), this isn't a language barrier thing, it's just stupid.

I don't often leave reviews, but I had to for this one. This product far exceeded my expectations. It's nice enough to look classy, but cheap enough to be affordable. Assembly was a cinch (many have commented that the pictures don't make sense, but if you take it slow and use common sense, the instructions are easy-to-follow). It's solid, sturdy, and functional. It doesn't scratch easily, and it doesn't seem to warp when my water accidentally leaks past my coaster. If you're thinking about buying this, go ahead and do it - you won't regret it!

Love this table. Fit so well in a minimal spot and looks fantastic. Table is very sturdy and beautiful. It did take a little time to assemble.

I loved the kitchen buffet so much that I ordered these 2 side tables and I am just as happy with them! If you actually follow the instructions it's easy to assemble. The only thing is that VASAGLE has square side tables and I purchased the rectangular. So the images in the instructions didn't quite fit but still fairly easy to follow if you have common sense and pay attention to the holes. Very sturdy!

From reviews you see here you'll probably see there are obvious problems with the IKEA like instructions. The two biggest things are that the pictures that depict the boards are shaped wrong but do depict the holes on the right side. Essentially, just follow the pictures by where the holes are and the letters of the parts list and that'll be fine. Another thing is someone here said make sure to add the front door panel before adding the metal bar stands like the instructions say. I did that and never had to back track so I guess it couldn't hurt to do that.Long story short it isn't that bad but if you are someone who hates IKEA furniture instructions this is like level two so keep that in mind. But if you can get past that for the price it really isn't that bad of a side table, maybe a little small but for the looks and price I understand what I'm getting.

I consider myself fairly good at assembling this kind of furniture. The most difficult was installing the magnetic catch the correct direction. Finally figured it out and the rest was fine. It looks great and the size is perfect for my space. Just take your time and try to look ahead.

I bought this for a narrow spot beside my couch and it fits just perfectly!As far as assembly goes, like other reviewers have stated, the building instructions are mostly fine but the drawings are incorrectly depicted so it can cause minor confusion, but if you’ve built ikea furniture before, you shouldn’t have a problem. It comes with all the hardware necessary, and also gives 1 extra piece for each step which is nice! It took my husband and I about half an hour to build!It’s very sturdy, the wood is actually stunning and this looks incredible in person! I’ve gotten many compliments, it’s such a nice height and size and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for budget friendly furniture!

I bought a few Vasagle units - this is great furniture! You get more for your bucks with this brand than you would expect for similar priced items. The units are sturdy, great looking and affordable. I had one issue with a damaged pannel. I dealt directly with Songmix. The company turned out to be very responsive and provided an acceptable solution. I highly recommend the brand.

This was fairly easy to put together. Most parts are good quality with some of the holes of the screws being easily stripped if you use too much force. Be gentle while using the Alan keys. This looks really nice and although it’s laminate, it’s nice quality. The doors magnet works well and holds it. Adjustable shelf is easily changed inside if you want it an inch or so higher/lower. Once the metal side pieces are on, it gets really sturdy. Assembly is OK and the pieces are all labeled/numbered. The only strange thing is the photos don’t really match the item. It doesn’t looks “rectangle” in the directions, and instead looks “square” so you really have to pay attention to the tiny holes in the instructions. They could have printed a better manual with better sizing of the table.

Quality is great for the price. The assembly was not that difficult except for one of the bags of screws were miss numbered but common sense made it easy to figure out.
