Guys, I’m about to go ham explaining how this bed worked my back into place and helped me feel so much better, I had HORRIBLe back pain and an old bed. I bought this as a replacement and let me tell you it was the best decision ever, when it came in the mail it was vaccum air tight sealed and I let it rise for about 3 days & it would be fully ready. The functionality was the most important part, and it helped to have it sent like that. It’s extremely heavy when you receive it, the quality is much better than expected. Something like this mattress is something you’ll have for a long time, and you spend half your life in bed, prioritize your sleep and pick this bed, I’m only 21 I’ve never had to buy anything like this and it was really hard to chose, and I kept trying to find reviews answering the questions I needed answered. I was scared it wasn’t going to be as good as my previous mattress, even scared of the change but the sleep quality I get using this mattress far exceeded my expectations! The value for what you are paying is crazy, I’ve seen this same mattress on their home page for 1000 and some. Here it was much cheaper, sinking not an issue, it fits to your body and pops back to its original shape. I’ve had it since August and it’s October 2024. I would not be stressing how great it is unless it actually was trust me I love to complain LOL! Okay yall, stay safe, you’re loved and always will be, and good luck with the new mattress mwah!

This mattress is on the firmer side, but does let you sink in enough to envelope the curvature of your form. It's extremely comfortable and I have not experienced ANY sinking anywhere. I sleep in generally the same spot every night and the mattress is still consistently firm on all sides. I'm 6'4" and 220lbs. If I had to nitpick anything it would be that this mattress gets pretty hot.Onto the next topic and the sole reason why I am writing this review:When you unpack this mattress from the box and the plastic, it will immediately begin to expand. Within 30 minutes to an hour the mattress will APPEAR that it is fully expanded and ready to go. This is where I think many others make a huge mistake and start using the mattress way too soon. There's huge text on the box telling you to give this mattress 48 hours to fully expand, and I strongly believe people disregard this because their mattress appeared fully expanded.When I unpacked mine I gave it the full 48 hours and I strongly recommend you do the same if you buy this mattress. The reviews almost turned me away but I'm glad I still bought it. Be sure to unpack it where you plan on sleeping because it is extremely heavy and a pain to move.

I was looking to replace my 13 yr old Sleep Innovations foam mattress. I knew the Ashley mattress I bought for my son's room was top quality, so I had my eye on this one for awhile. Gosh I'm sure glad I finally hit the order now button. I ordered the 14" because I didn't want to sink in too much. I think that was my prior issue with my 12". First night it was ready and puffed up to full 14" and not surprisingly, I had 0 lower back pain. It is a pretty mattress, and it certainly supports all the usual areas. I am 200 lbs so I was pleased after reading other reviews of ppl this size they also experienced good sleep. You don't sink too much if at all it just feels like you're really supported without sleeping on a brick. Its all true! Buy it now!!! I wish I'd done it years ago. Be aware: the box is HEAVY. I had to drag it down the hallway and lift it out by myself. Get a friend or your partner to help.

I rated this as 4 stars for one reason, and one reason only so please read…First thing I’d like to say is this…I worked for Aaron’s as a delivery driver and this is one of the beds that they sell. I delivered a bunch of these more than any other mattress brand we had on our showroom floor and it made me curious. I layed down for a second on our 12 inch floor model and immediately wanted this mattress…I’ve needed a new bed for years but really didn’t want to spend so much money for one and couldn’t really afford to do it honestly but man I got so tired of my lower sacral hurting me every morning and waking me up every 2 hours each night, my old mattress was just terrible. With that being said I almost purchased this mattress from them on a payment plan but total cost of ownership would have had me stuck in a 24 month payment plan for a total ownership cost of just over $3,900 (granted you get a bed frame with it too but a cheap one nonetheless)…needless to say I didn’t do it and decided to check amazon for it. Thankfully I found the same mattress for sale here on Amazon in the even thicker 14 inch model…it was also on sale for less than $600 which for me was an absolute no brainer, so I immediately purchased the 14 inch queen!!! Now onto my review of this mattress after receiving it and setting it up a few days ago…..when this mattress arrived, the packaging was absolutely destroyed either in shipping or from the factory and/or both…and when I say destroyed I mean it was falling apart so badly on both ends that pieces of the box were completely missing, looked as if it was taped up a million times, and the mattress was literally just hanging out of the box. One end was protected by the plastic, but the other end not so much….on the other end, the beds fabric was hanging out and I could immediately tell that someone had been dragging this heavy 130 pound mattress around by the fabric top. I just knew the bed was going to be damaged (I delivered so many of these and know very well how they are wrapped and what they should look like before being unwrapped). You can’t drag these around by the fabric where the foam is also supposed to be because you can stretch it and rip the foam. I would have denied this package immediately and had them resend a new one had I been here at home when it was delivered and not at work. Well, I took pictures before unboxing and then still decided to go ahead and give it a chance. Once I opened it up and let it expand, everything expanded like it was supposed to except for the end it was being dragged around by…one end of the bed expanded and made the top tight, while the other end sagged and wouldn’t do anything. I could not only see the damage but I could feel the torn foam and it looks terrible. I gave it the recommended 72 hours and did not sleep on it or sit on it during this period, and still did not expand on that end…So needless to say I was pretty upset and decided to contact Amazon about it. Thankfully I was able to show them the pictures of the damage and they helped me resolve the issue very quickly so I’m very thankful for that. The shipping issues is the ONLY reason I rated it 4 stars. Other than that, this mattress is absolutely fantastic! It is super comfortable and I’d say it is a medium firm. It hugs you more than it lets you sink in , and is expands right back out immediately when you get up. It’s not firm enough to feel as if you are laying on a solid flat surface, and to me this bed is not hot….ill admit, some of the reviews I read worried me a bit but I’m glad I didn’t let them stop me from purchasing it, and you shouldn’t either! It is fantastic, it is super comfortable, and it is affordable here more than anywhere else!! Just get it and try it out!! You won’t be disappointed I promise you!! Only other thing I will say is that it’s very heavy at 130 pounds, so get help with setting it up if you can, I did it alone and it was a pain. My only other advice is this, if it comes damaged, just send it back right then and have a new one sent out to you, because I’m sure you know this already, but once you take it out of the box and unwrap it, you will NEVER get it back in that box and plastic wrap, so returning it will just be a tremendous headache for you and the delivery driver at that point lol.
