I am a content creator and I edit my Canon G7x MKII footage on an iPad Pro (newest version available as of this review). With this I was able to INSTANTLY transfer 2.5gig videos from my SD card to my iPad via the “files” app that comes pre-installed on iOS. Brilliant. Saved me tons of time. As I’d suspected, the people saying that this doesn’t work for iOS didn’t know what they were doing.

First off price was acceptable and I liked that it is less than $20Second, I liked that it takes both SD and Micro SD CardLastly this thing works. What more do I need for buying this product.Oh almost forgot both the SD and Micro SD cards fit perfectly so no more jamming cards in.White is nice, but I wish I could purchase in an even more stand out color like red or green

I have two of these SD card readers, and this USB C version is my preferred reader (when I don't have access to a built in card reader--which I typically do. It's fast, accurate and has held up. Not as fast as the built in reader in my Mac Studio or my MacBook Pro. Recommended.

Nice reader and works well so far. Only supports SD and microSD cards so not as versatile as it could be, but it's all I needed.

I've had this adapter for about 3 months now and it already doesn't work. The warranty says that I'm responsible for the shipping too. Awesomely terrible

I had gotten this to import photos to my iPad Pro (2020), ultimately does the job, and fairly well I might add. Plastic is cheap and feels fragile, but a great find.

this is good to upload photos from an sd card to my mac. easy to use and durable because I've dropped it like three times and it hasn't broken. has a normal size sd card slot and a micro one.

This works perfectly on my MacBook Air.

(Modell: CF-I)Bei vielen meiner Speicherkarten (zB CF für einige meiner embedded Geräte, oder SD Karten für den Raspberry oder meine Kameras) hatte ich immer das Gefühl, dass nicht zwingend die Karte der limitierende Faktor beim Lesen oder Schreiben darstellt. Es war tatsächlich der Kartenleser.Es ist sehr schön anzusehen, dass eine vom Hersteller mit 100MB/sekunde Lesegeschwindigkeit beworbene Karte auch mit gemessenen 96MB7sec sehr dicht da dran kommt. Mein alter USB 3.0 Kartenleser schaffte da oft nicht einmal 60MB/sec.Der Kartenleser ist kompakt und obwohl aus Kunststoff, fühlt er sich wertig an. Da knarzt nix, da lässt sich nichts eindrücken. Das Kabel ist mit Absicht kurz gehalten - verlängert man das, dann werden entweder Karten nicht erkannt, oder es geht zulasten der Geschwidigkeit.
