Q: What's the distance between the struts please

There is no distance as they are not attached. Complete waste of time getting it.

Q: Does this headboard come with wooden struts attached?

No but it is easy to find the screw holes on the back. The struts are supplied

Q: Is this suitable for use with a divan Adjustable bed

Beware: the item comes wrapped in clear plastic, the plastic is stapled onto the back of the headboard with 100+ stapled, each has to be removed individually. The holes that the legs screw onto at the back of the headboard dont line up, there is meant to be two holes either side, mine came with one hole either side, material is ok, looks ok once on the bed, but doesn't stay in place because of there only being one hole either side for the legs.
