CrossWave Pet Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac-2328

Oh my gosh this one's a keeper!!! Works so well.I want my daughter in law to get one!!

I have one of the same forever now that I have it I'm so glad. Might need to do some vacuuming beforehand if you have four dogs like I do. However mopping is ever so simple now.

Cleans much better than previous model

This is not a vacuum! It will suck up small crumbs and stuff that the vacuum left behind but I wouldn’t rely on it for my normal vacuum. I have all hardwoods so this does wash pretty good. I also have 2 dogs so I also still mop regularly. It works alright for my throw rugs but I scrub those by hand every couple months because this will not get the ground in dirt out.

Living with eight dogs, we needed something to clean our ceramic tile floors. As the dogs are getting older, frequent "accidents" occur that need to be mopped up. The CrossWave works really well. Because it vacuums as well as washes the floor, it's a great "all in one" product. It's easy to use and does a very thorough job in cleaning and drying the floors. We use it primarily on the tile floors but I've also used it on carpet with equally positive results. We've only had it a few weeks, but have used it multiple times each day. Whoever designed it did a wonderful job.

We are a family of 5 with 1 dog and 1 cat. Our whole house is tile and vinyl and everyday dirt and sand get tracked in. This machine is amazing at picking up debris and hair as it mops. The floors come out shiny and streak free every time. The only down side is have to manually sweep under some furniture that the machine won't reach. I absolutely love it!

Easy to use. Speeds up my cleaning time and does a wonderful job on my hard floors.

This vacuum is awful. It is really hard to maneuver into hard to reach spaces. Bulky and inconvenient. As a dry vac: It will not pick up anything that isn't directly on front of it. If you pull it backwards, the wheels and the back of the vacuum head just push things along with it instead of sucking them up. As a wet vac: A very similar experience, but worse. Hardly any water sprays out. The brush does not allow any kind of deeper clean that you'd expect. The water spray is very inconsistent and it's kind of a joke that this thing is advertised as it is in the first place. All in all, the design is awful and I'm sorry I wasted my money on this product.
