RV use works great for me
Warm, maybe 50 degrees. Used with 1/2" zero G, water hose camping. Bought foam 6' split no glue, for insulating house pipe indoor AND outdoor. Wrapped these two together with zip ties at both ends the foam. Covered entire run follow instructions. Coldest 19 degrees before we moved RV south for winter. Both heat tape and foam store easy for future use. As good or better than heavier stiffer hose made for this. Had one of those years ago and failed after cold weather wind-up to store. Try to get and read instructions and length suggested before you buy!

All good results
Ran this heat cable in the gutter over my north-facing front porch. We've had some heavy and drifting snow in the last couple of weeks. My other gutters, with a cycle of daytime melting and nighttime freezing, are caked with snow and ice cycles hanging down. With this heat cable in the north-facing gutters, there is no snow/ice hanging down and no ice by the front entryway. Also, I haven't had to use any salt... which keeps it from getting tracked into the house. All good!!

Great Product
We got it to extend the use of our rustic cabin in Maine. It works great👍We have one for our RV also, even if it’s late fall we can still be enjoying the great outdoors. It arrived on time so we had it for our last trip north before the snow came.Very happy all the way around 😃

High quality
Very high quality product and excellent packaging. Self-regulating heat trace, in general, is the gold standard in my opinion and this product exemplified that.

Worked Great
Don't buy the King brand at your local Hardware or big Box like HD or MNRD's. That is cheap junk. This product is quality cable and it works.

Did not use 24 ft. too short that included a 6 ft. cold cord plug in! Needed at least 20 ft. of heat cable!
