How much of the bolt needs to be exposed, I have M10 bolt set in concrete with 14mm exposed of the bolt. Is it possible to chamfer?

If I used this on 12mm wooden dowel how fine a point could I get? Are we talking close to a pencil or much less pointy?

Hi, This will only chamfer the outside edge of a tube or thread to no more than 2mm. It has a 'flat' inside the chamfer tool, which will only allow this gradient and no more. Regards,
