Smaller than in photo and disappointed with the back strap. I really wanted a backpack. I am really disappointed. It is such a nice small bag if you are looking for a small bag for your lunch however if you are considering wearing it as a backpack forget it. It comes with only one rubbish strap. I might keep it though to take my lunch to work as a handbag but now I have to buy another bag for when I want to get out for the day with my husband and take our food on a backpack that won't hurt your shoulders. Very disappointed.

Nice little bag, which holds enough for my lunch for work, also had a back pack handle which meant I could use it as a handbag too, saving me taking two bags to work, also kept my food & drink cold enough that I didn’t need to put it in the fridge

Really good size, was worried it would be too small on arrival but it’s big enough for lunchbox etc in bottom and a cup/mug in top with a can of drink. Plenty of room in it.

Love it - great for taking out either as a shoulder bag or rucksack. big compartments and we will use for our drinks when on the golf course

A good size cool bag for your lunch on hot days.looks small but fits a good size lunch, fruit,drink, plus crisp and nibbles no bother. Great lunch bag.

Much better than the previous "thermos" bag I bought for my husband, this is a good size, holding a square lunch box and 2 or 3 cans of pop. Very easy to clean too. Would definitely buy again.

The whole point of buying this product was because it was a BACKPACK lunch bag - what sort of a backpack comes with only one strap???
