Couscous is easy to cook with. You can add a variations of different types of vegetables and meat with it. This is a very good product. It’s a very good brand. The price was right and the qualities there. I think anybody would enjoy buying this and experimenting with whatever type of foods they like to go with the couscous, it was fresh no odor and it was good quality for the pricing.

This is the best brand. I have tried several other ones and this tastes the best!

Hard to fi d in stores so I got it here. Amazon has everything! Quality is good. Big plastic tub is a waste. Wish they would package in a better environmental way. Tastes good and is as it should be.

I love this brand & couldn't find the tri-color couscous locally anymore. The price for this was about 20 cents more than the other options I saw in the store, so no complaints there from me. Just happy I was able to find this particular kind again.This has become a regular item to cook when I prep meals for the week. It doesn't look like it, but a little ends up making alot. I cool it down, then combine it with quinoa, chopped veggies, mayo, Italian salad dressing & seasonings for the perfect cold salad & side dish. I love it!! It's usually one of the first things to disappear out of the fridge. I now cook extra of the couscous & quinoa to save time. Once mixed together (without the other ingredients added), I put them in a ziplock bag to freeze. I press the air out before sealing the bag flat and it fits nicely in the freezer drawer. Once thawed out again, you can't tell it was cooked & frozen. A really nice time saver.Def recommend this brand. As long as the price stays reasonable, I'll be buying it here from now on & saving myself the trouble of looking for it in the store.

I Put this in my Anti Inflammatory Turmeric Chicken Soup tonight and it was a big hit. Delicious. I am not a fan of regular couscous but this Israeli Couscous is nothing like that. Will definitely buy it again

I've seen "cous cous" on menus before but never ordered it. It looked boring or like a vegetable, perhaps. However, I was making a "we mail it, you cook it" type meal that came with a small portion of cous cous, and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I had added some chopped green onions, garlic and oil to cook it in, so not just plain cous cous, but it was like eating a (more) starchy version of those boba balls you can get with big straws and Thai Ice Tea or other drinks. These are very roughly the size of green peas, rather than the size of rice, as other cous cous varieties I've tried since have been. The bigger ones taste better to me, and are easy-peasy to make. Add about 50% more water than the amount of cous cous you want to make. Cook/stir for roughly 5 minutes, adding whatever seasoning you want (butter, oil, garlic, onions, cilantro, pepper, heck, all all of this stuff if you want), and there you go. I'd probably give it a 4.5 stars, since I try not to give perfect scores.

Easy to prepare. I love the silky texture. Love it with just olive oil or butter/olive oil combination. Add a little cheese and it is fantastic as a side dish.
