will this work with 2010 hyundai santa fe passenger mirror relay? I'm getting a clicking/ knocking sound from the passenger mirror

the relay will not work for you, the relay is for horns, lights, plow equipment, or trailer brakes, the problem is , the internal system in the mirror is warn out, you need a new mirror, and that's about two hundred usd, and your mirror is ten years old

Can this be used as a flasher?

Maybe not a "flasher" since there is a steady blue light at the end where the magnetic adapter rip fits, bit it does light up there.

Ohms law I=E/R 12V/80 Ohms = 150mA or 0.15 Amps
