Easy to use good quality, good customer service.

H2O container is tiny. Not a fan of the waste bin being in the tray, it drips water when you remove, as it’s usually sitting in it. Preset drinks are nice. However it would be more useful if I could choose which ones they are. ( guess that’s what the personal profile is for, which we haven’t set up 🤦🏼‍♂️)With that being said. It’s a great machine and makes delicious coffee. Still struggling with the idea that we spent so much money. Overall we’re happy.

Had a built in Miele coffee machine in last home, and since we had no space for a built in one in new home, we opted to try this counter-top machine. It still makes great coffee, however frequent refill of water is a bit annoying, but understandable for the size of the unit. I would still recommend. Those coffee pods get really expensive at 4/day between my husband and myself. Money spent on machine, not coffee!

I suppose if you are using this for one person it would be OK, but this thing has a stupidly small water tank and requires constant emptying and cleaning of the tray. It is no fun using / dealing with this thing. It makes decent espresso but it's practically unusable for a family. Whoever thought this design was a good idea should be fired.

The coffee machine was suppose to come from Seattle Coffee but the shipping label said somewhere different when it arrived. Maybe I should have questioned the machine then. The coffee tasted good but the bottom of the machine leaked all the time! I think this machine was previously used and knowingly was broken when I received it. Very disappointed

I read the user manual 3 times, went through all the initial set up functions, all was fine. Then I put my expensive espresso beans in…machine jammed, nothing I did would resolve it, so I returned it. Don’t need the headache.

We love this machine however the water base is small and you have to fill it often. Also, it cleans itself constantly which is great for the longevity, but bad if you’re in a rush to get a cup of coffee. Overall, the coffee taste is amazing so I deal with the issues mentioned above (for now).

bought this because our Miele built in was broken and a new one would need cabinet mods. The beans would not fall into the grinder. I found out the beans we have been using are considered ":wet," or oily, Starbucks French Roast from Costco. Went and got the driest beans possible at Starbucks. Beans fed in only 50% of the time, and the coffee was terrible. Bought a Breville grind and drip and it makes a great cup with the beans I like
