Everything was packaged beautifully. Nothing was broken, torn, damaged. I had no idea this kit would come with TWO waxing heaters! I was happily surprised. Directions were so easy to follow for a first time self-waxer like myself. I started with my armpit and it obviously hurt like a b, but was so easy! I just want to preface this by saying I am a wax girly. I was MYSELF armpits and Brazilian once a month…. So im not baby about it. This however is the most painful and physically damaging wax kit I have EVER used. I urge you to avoid this product. The wax never melts enough to not rip the flesh from your body. Also looking through other reviews I’ve noticed a trend of ppl having bad reaction to the wax type…. Red flag. It does pull some hair out but as you can see in my photos nowhere near enough. And that’s after 2 strips….

My main problem is that it so hard to get an even layer no matter how long it’s warmed for. I think it just how it was designed you can see wax only on certain parts of the roll stick. This is still good for first time waxing but get an different roll stick !!!!

I’ve used it twice so far and I think it works pretty good. It takes 45min to an hour to warm up and then in between strips I put it back on the warmer (not for long). I like that it comes with the supplies so you don’t have to buy any when you first start. I would recommend.

All in all, I like this product! Less mess to clean up than the pot waters.Some notes:It takes way longer than the 20 - 30 minutes stated on the website to warm up. That might be in a warmer climate. I still have yet to reach a really hot point with the wax like I do with the pot waters.I have determined that as an individual using this versus for someone else, putting the wax on the strip versus on body directly works better with this unit.I have been using the honey wax so far. It has been really good and not too sticky. I did rip some skin off but I'm chalking that up to flaws in believing the whole 20 - 30 minute thing as when I let it sit for a full day to heat, that was no longer an issue.Overall, very user friendly as long as you have worked with wax before. Otherwise, not so much as there are practically no in depth instructions for beginners.

The heater barely gets warm and the wax just doesn't melt enough to apply even after 1 hr of heating.
