This yarn does what it says on the wrapper... It feels like butta! Really soft. This is the perfect yarn for making things for babies. This is a medium weight, 100% polyester, machine washable yarn. Any blanket or garment will become an instant heirloom.

This is absolutely beautiful, so soft & the colour is gorgeous, definitely would recommend.

The yarn is very soft and nice to work with, in the yarns I received I have not seen any knots like other reviewers. I ordered 6 balls and unfortunately two were from a different batch but I don't think there's any difference. (Baby blanket pattern I'm using is from LollysCreativeCorner on Etsy in case anyone was wondering)

This wool is exactly as expected, soft and lovely to crochet with. The fact that I was sent this wool in two different dye lots was a problem. I rang Amazon who were very helpful and replaced some, in the wrong dye lot. I rang again, and again they were most helpful and sent me more balls in one of the dye lots….my garment is now two toned….which is very disappointing after all the work involved.

This review is for a ball of 'Feels like Butta' YarnIt is a 100g ball of very soft and smooth yarn that is easy to knit with and has a slightly heavier than DK weight, @ 4 gauge - more like a worsted with a recommended minimum needle size of 4mm (8uk)I chose the colour 'yellow' which looked bright in the photo but is actually more of a mustard colour (though I think that may vary with dye lots)I liked this wool very much and sent for another ball in the same colour. Fortunately it was the same dye lot and the colours were the same.Good Value and Recommended

I've been using this yarn on my current baby blanket project and it is perfect, so soft and a pleasure to knit with. I think it's safe to assume this stripe of the blanket will be my babies favourite! I've used quite a large needle for the yarn in this blanket (7mm) as I wanted a loose blanket but on tighter swatches I've done it's also amazing, cotton soft. Great value for money.

Lovely soft yarn, it was a pleasure to knit with. I made a baby blanket using approx 3.5 balls in just over a week. You do need to watch out for joins so that they don't appear in the middle of a row but other than that good quality and would definitely buy again.

I bought this brand because it’s supposed to be the softest DK weight yarn out there, but instead I received a very solid, smooth but NOT soft yarn. I don’t understand how this has happened, it was labelled as ‘Feels Like Butta’ on the physical label, but it’s a very coarse blend.

I cannot knit or crochet. I machine knit. I have learned that everyone's Sentro knitting machine has it's own personality. What works for some may not work for others. I have used the dusty pink, the dark blue and the white and it looks and feels amazing. It works great in my 32 pin machine. The one that looks like a mushroom. I think it's a Sentro but has a different name. I ordered more in gray to try it out on my Sentro 48. Makes a soft, beautiful baby hat. The stitches look thick and sturdy. Nice tight, even stitches. I am going to make myself a hat on the 48. Very soft to the touch. If you have a knitting machine you need to try this at least once.

Feels so soft and doesn't split when working the yarn. Colours are fantastic.

The yarn is so soft I used it to create a scarf for my boyfriend and he loves it.

Got this and it wasn't what I needed but I'm a yarn hoarder and kept it anyway. I'll use it at some point...maybe...Color is almost exactly like the picture.

I’ve used this wool for lots of different projects: dog blankets, baby clothes, scarves etc. it’s super soft, washable and easy to work with & it comes in all the colors of the rainbow!! Highly recommend!!
