Does not have metal inserts,but then neither does the Fender replacement knob. This knob has a thicker skirt that matches the original better than the thin Fender knob skirt. I did have one strip out but easily threaded the larger original set screw in its place.

Perfect look fit & feel

Worked perfectly to replace two cracked knobs on my mid-70s Fender Princeton. Other than being a heck of a lot cleaner, they match exactly to the original knobs. (Since it's a set of 6, I could have replaced all five of these knobs to match exactly, but wanted to maintain as much "original" as possible.) The attaching screws are a slightly different color (and indetectably different shape); attached nice and securely. Nice touch that they provide the little screwdriver and all.

The knobs seem fine quality. Hilariously they included a small Phillips head screw driver instead of a flat screwdriver, that would match the set screws in the knobs. I have flat screw drivers, this lack of attention to detail is good to note.

The knobs are nice, but the chrome insert fell out of one of them. Not a huge deal and a drop of Super Glue fixed it right up.

These are perfect replacements for the broken knobs on my Fender Mustang III amp. The match perfectly and the set screw is much better than the original press fit knobs.

So the pin that you screw in to the knob that presses against the pots shaft is actually too long. This means that the pin doesn't connect with the knobs threading before it hits the pot shaft and therefore won't actually tighten and hold to the knob in place. Out of 12 (ordered two packs) I could only salvage 5 (that's how cheaply made these are). They look good, but they DO NOT WORK on USA made Fender amps with nicer pots. I went to a local music store and bought a 6 pack of Fender branded knobs for $3 more and they worked perfectly. Don't buy these, just get the Fender made replacements, it will save you money in the long run.

Una vez recibidos los botones veo poca diferencia con los botones originales (los números son levemente diferentes). Para mi son buenos y es lo que buscaba.

Excelente calidad. No hay ninguna diferencia con los Fender originales made in USA. Tengo los dos y si los mezclas no sabes cual es uno y cual es otro. Los dos son de baquelita; tienen el mismo peso, color y diametro. El tornillo de sujección se encuentra en el 1 del dial. De haberlos visto antes, me hubiera ahorrado los 30€ de los originales. Lo digo en serio.

Mi sono piaciute perché sono la riproduzione fedele delle manopole dell'amplificatore fender in mio possesso, e poichè alcune avevano perso la parte centrale color argento, con queste ho sostituito quelle vecchie.
