Love this product ! East to get large dogs to climb it !

The stairs were strong, but wobbly and the surfaces were slippery. My dogs did not like the fact that they moved around and their feet slipped. I returned the stairs and to my disappointment had to pay return postage. They did not work and moved around and I could not use them. What these stairs need is clamps at the top that will clamp to the tub edge. The surfaces on the stairs need to be made out some non skid rubber. I also purchased the Master Equipment Steel Pet Tub Stairs Extension shown in the picture. They did not help and I also had to pay return postage on them as well. Am very disappointed that I had to pay return postage on these items.

I use these steps in a self serve dog wash so they are used by the public. They look good and are sturdy. The packaging was rather beat up when the steps arrived but there was no damage to the steps themselves. The environmnet in which I use these steps is rather harsh due to consinstantly being wet and being used by the general public. This is the 2nd time I have purchased these stairs and am happy with the results.

The pictures clearly indicated that there are hooks on top to attach to tub. They are not included and you don’t find out until the product arrives.

fits perfect in our "dog bath tub", it is super wide and secure, so your dog can step in with confidence. it is really sturdy and you can fold it to accommodate when not in use.It does take a lot of space, but it is super functional.We also got the hooks to lock them in the tub, but we haven't used it yet, it is already pretty good without it.

I rent a house with no back steps. There is a wooden plank for the door so I put a doggie door into it for my 3 mixed chihuahuas. I bought these steps for them to use. They're PERFECT! I'm expecting the Extension Hook, 2-Pack to arrive tomorrow and that will give better support, stability, and I'll put an extra step on top of it. This is great for my little guys!!

I'm really upset by this. I'm an owner to a grooming salon we have been waiting a week to get this for our larger dogs that we can't lift and it came with the top bolts broken ON BOTH SIDES. Not one BUT BOTH!!!! I'm so sad I will be loosing money another week pushing these pore big dogs out once again till I can figure this out. I can't even pull the small part of the bolt out that's left there.
