So far so good. It cleans my hair and makes it feel nice. It's a little hard to open the top. You need muscles to open the top.

This was my first time using a Giovanni shampoo. I previously purchased other hair products and was very pleased with the overall quality and ingredients used. I did some research on this particular shampoo and decided to try it out. I noticed the difference it made in my hair after the first wash. I have damaged hair from constantly bleaching and dying, so going from dry to smooth and almost silky in one wash felt like I was at a salon getting a keratin treatment. The biggest thing that I didn't like, that could be a deal breaker for some is the scent. It's like a synthetic smell that I can't really describe. I'm personally not a fan of the scent, but at this point anything to save my hair!! I would recommend to those with really dry and damaged hair to get it feeling like it should.

Smells good, but doesn't linger all day. Works well, hydrates dry hair, some volume but not enough for me. I love that it is Vegan but may try the volume formula next time.

Looks like I received someone’s return of shampoo.Upon opening the shipping envelope, I was assaulted with the smell of the shampoo.The container has a strange tint to it, unlike the prior bottles of the same product. When I popped open the shampoo to use it, I discovered the seal was missing. The product itself came out of the bottle separated and liquidy, unlike the thick and smooth consistency of the shampoo of every bottle I have had up to this point.Buyers beware.

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. I had first stumbled upon it in a Target. It was pricey but I decided to try it anyway. I had bleached my hair a long time ago and accidentally over-processed it to the point where a certain part on my scalp was no longer growing hair. I don't know how, but after continuous use of these products, my hair started to grow fast and even the area that seemed stuck was starting to grow hairs. I couldn't believe the results and I was horrified when Target and practically every other store stopped selling it. I'm beyond excited to start using these again because since the last time I used them, I've been messing with my hair more and it's been extremely dry and damaged- qualities I know firsthand these products can fix.Keep in mind not everyone can benefit from the same things. What's successful to me might not be for someone else. My point is to give this product a chance- you'll either highly benefit from ir or decide it's not for you. By the way. The smell is awesome and lasts for HOURS!

I have long, extremely thick, color damaged hair and, until now (!!!), have found it impossible to find a shampoo that would both penetrate this thick mop to get it clean and protect it from damage. This shampoo lathers and bubbles so much that a little bit goes a long way and truly cleans this thick mop of mine. And, it is so gentle on my damaged hair; I used to lose quite a bit of hair each time I showered due to breakage, but now, I don’t lose any! And it smells SO good!!!

I guess everyone is different because I have used products where other people say it broke the out or itched etc and I had not problem but when it comes to products on my scalp as I have gotten older at 74 I have noticed my scalp has become very sensitive though I cannot figure out to what. So in all fairness, this product might rock for some of you but for this old gal I used it once and found I just kept itching my head for two days till I have to wash with something else. darn, it looked like a great product and I hope others have better luck.
