The paper that I re ordered and received is NOT the paper advertised. Manufacturer is NOT Dixie, completely different packaging not as good, and not the same quality paper. Very disappointing especially since the price has almost doubled since my last order. I do not have time to return ect. We will see if the Seller addresses this based on the review. The description SPECIFICALLY CALLES OUT Dixie paper etc. Not what I received. I feel I should have been notified that it was unavailable and would I accept a swap out. It was also shipped in the actual paper box no shipping packaging added to protect anything. basically food prep material left on the filthy ground. It was also damaged a bit.

The product is of good quality and performs as expected. This product is supposed to be Dixie brand, there is no marking on the package confirming the brand. The shipping box was also the storage box for the sheets. After the abuse of the shipping process, the box was not functional anymore as a storage box. Seller was unresponsive after three attempts to clarify questions about the Dixie brand and did not respond about the quality of the shipping box. Three-star rating was primarily due to poor seller experience. Previously owned Dixie parchment paper, and I believe it was a little thicker than these.

Oddly, the full size pan version was significantly cheaper than the half pan size (which is what I have, and I think what most people have). I went ahead and bought the full size version b/c of the price, knowing I could cut them in half if needed. They are great for various uses. I bake cookies directly on them instead of a silicone mat b/c they are easy to dispose (and sometimes, I feel cookies don't brown the same way on a silicone mat). However, when I decorate cookies, I also simply line my island counter with a few of these and lay the cookies directly on them. It's very convenient and the larger size actually works to my advantage for this purpose.

These have SO many uses! Of course the normal use for under cakes, cookies, and in pans when baking breads--- add to it using under baking chicken or fish. It can be used to make En Papillotte dishes (putting the herbs, veggies, oils and seasonings in a folded paper envelope and baking). It can line cookie jars, be used as a shelf liner or in between plates to aid in preventing chips and dings. I use this in my sewing room for tracing patterns or as a barrier when ironing. It goes on the table when my 6 year old is using playdough, coloring or painting.It is a huge box, and each full sheet will, when cut in half, line two standard cookie sheets (1/2 sheet pans). This will last us years even with all the uses---and I will be buying it again!

These are absolutely worth the investment and much cheaper to by them like this, it's like an 8 year supply for home use. the 1st time we bought these my daughter had not been born, she is now 8 years old and we are finally needing to buy another box. They have really made clean up super easy and have extended the lift of our trays, we'll probably never need to replace our trays as a result.

This is the only parchment paper (that I could find) that said it was ovenproof up to 500 degrees. This is perfect! It's great quality and is used at 500 degrees for "Friday Pizza Night". I only need half of a sheet so I can get up to 2,000 sheets from this one box. My son is getting in to cooking so I gave him a bunch. This should last me the rest of my life and I may be able to "will" some to him. ;)

These sheets are used in a food shelf/pantry. Volunteers unload from boxes of pastries donated from local bakeries; clients use tongs to select their choices. Health department approves. Make clean-up easier at end of day. This is the second case I ordered. The first lasted about 18 months. Good deal for the shelf's limited income for this purpose.

i use these for all my baking and cooking needs when i am using my oven.they fit my full size sheet pans perfectly, and when i use a smaller sheet pan, i simply fold them or cut them in half.they are sturdy and i have even used the same one 2 or 3 times, depending on what i am cooking.the price was the best i found, even though they come in large quantities.
