ThunderShirt for Dogs, XX Large, Platinum Sport - Dog Anxiety Relief Calming Vest

We have a 116 pound GSD and he has bad anxiety when we leave the house. He loves to be touched and held so we thought the concept of this shirt would be good for him as it would swaddle him while we’re gone haha. It was either this or CBD... this works amazing! We used to have to keep him in his kennel when we were at work while our other GSD was able to be trusted and play without being locked up and it just hurt us to do that. I am so beyond happy we tried this, as nothing has been out of place or torn up. We can finally trust him and let him be comfortable! Best money we ever spent as our dogs are our children. 🐺 💙 had to get the XXL because he’s a big boy but it fits amazing! Give it a try 😇

This is doing the trick, I think- our dog recently had surgery so we are using it to comfort her & protect the site of surgery . She is a Great Dane & the best fits great around the neck and chest / I wish it was a little longer along the back . Overall- really good product and very easy to put on your dog

If you are on the fence rest easy and purchase! I purchased this for my Great Dane. He is terrified of thunder to the point of destroying the exterior of our house trying to get in (even though he has a king size human mattress in his pup cave lol). I was hesitant in purchasing wondering if it would actually work. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed!!

We bought a cloth one first from another seller and it was so thin! Our dog measures at the high end of XXL and low end of XXXL. First we bought the larger size - nope- exchanged for smaller size. It is so simple to put on and as long as I get it on our Weimaraner BEFORE the storm comes, it seems to calm her!

Our Black lab has thunderstorm and weather anxiety. Panting, drooling and moving around can last the entire storm. Ignoring him, sitting on the floor to closer, etc.....nothing has worked. My wife ordered this Thundershirt hoping it would do the trick. Alas, it did nothing for him at all. All the same system are still there and no calming effect.

Chunk is the sweetest boy but we have always struggled with separation and extreme anxiety. We have tried so many options and finally decided to try the vest. Within hours, we were blown away. He is so calm but also happy. He never wants it off. Who would have known he just needs a constant hug!

My "little" guy has a life long issue with loud noises that began about eight years ago when he was eleven weeks old and we ventured out in between thunder showers with his mom and dad. Suddenly a stray lightning hit missed us by only a few yards and the accompanying explosive noise terrified my three dogs and myself. The dogs went howling into the house and you can imagine the impact that experience had on a very young pup.I did everything I could think of to acclimate Yulee to sudden loud noises but nothing seemed to work as well as the ThunderShirt. He's not as frightened of approaching thunder boomers as he is by gun fire or fireworks probably because he can gradually get into a more relaxed state with advancing storms.Now we also have time to prepare him for the thunder claps and we're relieved that he apparently finds the ThunderShirt comforting. He also likes to have time to curl up in secluded spot where he probably doesn't feel as exposed to any inherent danger - (see the third image).You can tell he's starting to feel threatened in the middle shot where his tail is tucked under his rear and the noise from today's thunderstorms is getting increasingly louder.The only reason the ThunderShirt didn't earn 5 stars from me is that at a svelte145 pounds Yulee was squeezed too much for our liking by the largest size (XXL) offered. We wrapped him in it without over tightening the material to make it uncomfortable while still affording him the gentle pressure and protective aspect of security.The fabric of the ThunderShirt Sport is a lightweight polyester which I felt might be lighter and more breathable than the other models with a poly, spandex and rayon blend. With all the fur this guy has he doesn't need any additional warmth.The shirt is extremely well constructed with ample velcro closure tabs which do a great job for getting the ultimate fit required...if only he was a bit smaller...

Llego antes de lo previsto. Malamente no es como se ve en la foto, además que pedí talla XXL y llego Mediana, sin embargo pueden observar en la foto que eso no es Mediano a mi perro, un Dogo de Burdeos de más de 50 kilos esto no le va a entrar ni en una pata....

Me llegó el producto abierto y ya usado previamente, tiene pelo de otro perro que lo utilizó antes. Yo pagué por un producto nuevo.
