It's a very good book. It contains a lot of interesting information on the world industry of coffee, as well as several handy tips on coffee making. However, those people focused on espresso techniques should look for another book.

My first book I've read about coffee. It's relatively small but contain main practical info about all steps of coffee brewing process: how to influence your taste and also good recipes provided which you can use on your daily basis.My 100% recommendation.

Great book. Lots of useful information. Helpful for those wanting to get into coffee more seriously. Other reviewers commented on the cover looking used/tatty but this is In keeping with the style of the book. It looks like it’s purposefully designed as such!

Le livre en soit est très bien par contre il est arrivé en mauvais état. Je suis donc un peu déçue sachant que j’ai commandé un livre “neuf”…Je vais le protéger d’un film plastique pour pas l’abîmer plus
