Hardly any sound or vibration from subwoofer or rear speakers
Just got this system it's also my first sound bar. In the store it seemed to sound great. Once hooked up I noticed that the subwoofer and rear speakers barely had any sound or bass coming out of them. I literally had to hold the speakers to my ear to hear anything at full treble and volume. Same thing w the subwoofer it had no kick to it. I've seen this same review humorous times after searching for it today. The sound bar sounds good but there is no surround sound at all. I've emailed the only a dress I can find for support on this product. I will update when and if I get a response and or fix / no fix and just return it and buy another system.

If your having issues with the subwoofer please read.
I’ve had this product for almost 2 years now and never had an issue with it. The sound was great for a small to avg size living room. The sub woofer works great and the small speaker if installed correctly do their job. People need to remember those little speakers are for audio that is surround sound, they will not constantly have sound if they aren’t supposed to.Recently we moved and had to change up our layout in the living room and I notice that the sub woofer speaker were cutting in and out. They’ve never done that before. I was stumped and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. The power seemed fine, the Bluetooth was connected, the speakers were not more than 20 ft apart. I looked online for a manual, couldn’t find it easily. Then I thought to look up what could cause possible interference with a Bluetooth signal. Turns out that Bluetooth uses a 2.4Ghz frequency which turns out to be the same as 2g WiFi. I had just recently moved the WiFi router to the same tv stand so I could hard wire devices. Once I moved the router away from the sound bar the subwoofer speakers started to work again with no problem and did not cut in and out anymore. Hope that helps some people.

Great sound for music and movies!
I just bought this system brand new at Walmart, I set it up in my bedroom. The sound quality is great for a small room and if you don't mind the wires on the small speakers it does the job for a theater experience, the wireless subwoofer worked as it said it would, I tried out some music and it has awesome bass! I'm watching Jurassic Park to test out the movie sounds and it's perfect so far! On the downside I would say it's a bit over priced and I would probably spend a little more on a sound bar system if I were using it in a larger room for better quality, but overall I'm satisfied with it so far.

No Xfinity code
Installed it and found the rear speakers (as did another reviewer) would very weak. And you cannot adjust their volume. But what I really dislike is that I cannot find a code to control it from my Xfinity remote.

ZERO stars is more appropriate!
The subwoofer and small speakers simply DO NOT WORK!! We've done everything suggested via internet and people we've talked to about it! NOTHING! Blue tooth will not connect period. Worthless equipment! Save your money and buy a better system than this junk! Quiet embarrassed that I bought this as a gift and its JUNK!

Buy the sound bar and nothing else
The sound bar by it self is absolutely amazing but the subwoofer and side speakers are pathetic I have to hold the small speakers to my ear to hear anything and the sub has no kick to it I would absolutely return this and buy the bar by itself all the blackweb products I own are amazing except for this

Trash. Won't stay on (if you can't disable the auto-shut off, it's not a feature; it's a defect).
If you don't want to have to turn this thing back on (not a fast process, btw) every time you aren't constantly pumping sound to it for whatever reason, buy something else. And since this is worth repeating: if you can't disable the auto-shut off, it's not a feature; it's a defect.

Junk.
Got this and the rear speakers and sub constantly cut out. Recommended 20 feet max, mine was 10 feet away and still cut out. Horrid. Spend a little more for a real name.
