Will it work on plastic lids (like Minwax Polycrylic)?

I believe it will work on any standard paint can, metal or plastic.

Will this remove old dry paint?

Thank you for reaching out to us. No, Wipe.It is intended to clean the paint can while being used before paint has dried.

How do you clean the actual Squeegee after each use?

First I agree that keeping the lid channel free of paint will keep the air from getting inside. However, I would only this product a 7 at best. I found that there still will be paint that needs to be cleaned with a wet rag to fully remove all the paint. As for your question, I used warm water, a rag and small brush.

Will this also work on a quart can of paint?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, Wipe.It will work for with a quart sized can of paint.
