Yes. This is approved accessory for Siemens Ground bars only and accepts #14-1/0 AWG copper/aluminum wire

Q: Will this work to replace the grounding wire in a vehicle? I am needing to extend mine after replacing battery terminal clamp.

No it is only for a electrical panel. It would be easiet to go buy a longer ground wire form a auto store.

Since Siemens lists this specifically as a lug for use with the Ground Bar, we cannot advise this can be used with as/with Neutral bar connections. The lug may not have been UL tested with neutral bar connections.
