All the components are neatly packaged in one box. The assembly is easy. We did not have to supplement the kit included with any other type of screw, etc. Mounting takes a little experience or two people to make sure everything is straight, balanced and appropriately hung. The hardware is good quality and the appearance is beautiful.

I purchased this gate to go with their Westchester Arbor. I was nervous after reading many of these reviews, but it seems they have taken a lot of the feedback into account in recent years and have added additional screws and wood block inserts to stabilize the gate.I would like to disclaim that my arbor was installed with wood posts inserted so the gate was screwed into wood not just plastic which helped.I think for the price of this system I’m very happy with the look and feel of it. Only major complaint is that the directions lack a little clarity but customer service is very available and helpful.

Gate is stable and easy to assemble. The latch is cheap but works. The hinges are for a 4x4 and not a 2x4 but are good quality.

Nice looking gate, I did not think the small screws supplied (2 for each corner) would hold up well for daily use. I cut down a 2X4 , inserted in each corner, and one 2X4 for the hinge side. Now the screws have more solid mounting. I like the gate, I think it could have been made a little beefier in regards to where it gets screwed together, and where the hinges mount.

Not worth any money. Not sturdy. Disappointed.

A quality product and works very well. You may need longer screws for the latch as it can loosen quickly when used a lot.

it's beautiful and was easy to install

Bought this mainly for the looks, having read the other reviews about it being held together only with tapping screws in plastic.After receiving and analyzing the kit, I agreed this would likely be an issue down the road with the screws pulling out of the plastic, so I pretty much disregarded the assembly instructions entirely and used stainless bolts and nuts, drilling my own holes completely through the posts after aligning with the upper and lower rails, and hinges. (I chose not to fabricate wood block inserts like I read in one review, but did consider it)For a $279 plastic gate, I shouldn't really have to re-engineer it and supply additional hardware.The hinges included are way too heavy duty than is necessary for the weight of this gate - for the money, I would've preferred less expensive hinges in the package and sturdier assembly design in the gate itself.In the end, my assembly/install was successful and the gate looks good but I have to give myself most of the credit for being able to improvise, and I think it is overpriced for being probably about $1 worth of plastic and the poorly thought-through assembly instructions.
