So far so good.

As you can see the pump is broken from the housing part of the pump . I've been with out water for a week now and now this is gonnaake it even longer .. bad handling. Blah!!!! Somebody drop it and broke it.. and didn't say anything maybe that's why it was a day late.. but I have a suggestion cause I don't want to go with out water any longer.. I can possibly have it welded back together by a welder that's right down the road but he's gonna say no charge but I always pay my friend even tho he saids no .. he's just that kind of friend. I just talk to him and he said bring it down and he will see what he can do about it's .. I'm sure it will be ok to do that .. and just wanted to see what you have to say.. how much discount I get and I still want my warranty .. let me know I'm ready. To get my water back on. .

This pump was installed today 7/29/19The cord had a 110v plug on it. The motor was a 220v. Glad I cought it.Also I opened a .5 up pump and the motor will not run had right out of the box

I bought the 1/2hp submersible pump and have it installed at approximately 50 feet. I use it primarily for lawn/garden watering and without a pressure tank or switch. I run the pump constantly for up to 8-10 hours at a time for the last two years. I am very satisfied with this pump.

I wrote a review about this pump but because it didn’t paint it in a very good light and they used sub par and undersized materials, the review was rejected. This is why I am giving it 1 star. If they can’t handle a true and honest review then they should not be selling the product.

hard to hook the pump to control box

I received the pump slightly damaged in the center. The two ends were shaking therefore we unscrewed the center and tighten the bolts. I am not sure if I will have any issues later due to the damages the pump received during shipping. The pump was in a cardboard tube and then placed in a soft box for shipping. I would highly recommend that the pump be shipped in a hard rubber/hard plastic tube/PVC tube that can withstand any weight or force that may be placed upon it before being placed in a hard box for shipping. Today is 2 days of using the pump and have no other issues thus far. The pump works very well and pump water quickly.

I haven't installed yet so can't review that part. What I can review: 1. having 33 ft of cable is excellent, except that it's 17 gauge wire and it is recommended to have a minimum of 14 gauge otherwise you could have issues with your breaker tripping because of voltage and amperage issues causing your breaker to trip. So now having to determine how to proceed, cut out as much of the 17AWG as possible for 14AWG and waterproof splice kits don't typically support 17AWG waterproofing (that's why not installed yet). 2. The instructions are extremely vague with respect to wiring (wiring the 4 wires from the pump into the control box for 3 wire use) considering the Control Box states it's for 220V and it's a 110V pump (although the control box has a standard 110V male plug). These are important issues so you don't spend the time, effort and money just to have to pull it up shortly after installing and going American made with US instructions.
