I bought the cameras based on all the reviews, but what a mistake that was. When I first connected everything it was OK, but I didn't pay any attention to details. Once I mounted 6 of the cameras and I placed the NVR about 70 feet away only 3 out of 6 cameras were working and it kept dropping the picture, it would freeze and when the picture was there it would be at a fast paste like you're watching it fast forward or the picture would jump. I called the customer service since I didn't want to take cameras down, that was no help either.

I purchased this unit and it installed great. Username admin password spot is empty. I could access it all. A few months later I went to make some setting changes and now the username or password is incorrect. I never changed it from username: admin or Password: empty. I called and below are the various answers I received from them:----------------We will send me installation instructions. They never did.Push reset button, there is not one.We don't like to give user the ability to change password. I found that response the oddest and it was from a person I spoke with on the phone.----------------So here I sit with a 300$ security system I can't do anything with. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. My next unit will have Made in USA on it.

Not a good product at all. Set it up just as the instructions said and still WAS EXTREMELY lagging. Tried the repeater option to no avail. I even bought an external repeater with no luck . My cameras showed good signals however when someone drove past the house or anything moved in front of the camera it would lag extremely bad. Pictures continuously freeze off and on. Never again will I go with a wireless system . Returned immediately

I am not a professional installer, but I have installed over a dozen systems, for businesses,friends, and for money. This system is the best of any for the money.The security system is matching in features in systems costing three times as much. It wasvery easy to install and operate. it comes with easy to follow instructions, and if you needit great costomer service. I have one camera 240 feet away and it works flawlessly.One concern most people have about wireless camera systems is they have to have a power source at each camera. All wireless systems do. the only way to be trully wireless is solar or a battery adaptor,and the solar cameras are costly. Just plan on having an outlet near by or add extra wire.My next installation is going to be an OOSSXX you can bet on that.Thank you, Lester.

I had a little trouble setting these up but eventually I got it. Once mounted they were better than expected. I'm glad I chose this paticular brand.The only negative thing is there are random times the cameras black out but do eventually began to work as normal.Recently I learned if the power is disconnected several times (my bro was repairing my computer and I didn't unplug the power to the DVR box) in order to reconnect a camera if the system doesn't recognize it; the ethernet cable has to be momentarily linked to restore so it will be recognized and assigned an IPS address.

It's very easy to install and setup. We caught a thief stealing entire wheels off my neighbors rental car. We copied and sent to the police. Its infrared it perfect. This is by far THE best security cameras with easy step by step self installation instructions easy to follow, change update even add additional cameras. There's an App for streaming live to your iPhone, Android& Laptops/PC'S.BE SURE TO HAVE MEMORY WITH YOUR NVR. 1,2,3,4,5,6 TERABYTES..make sure to get one with one already installed in the NVR Box. If your a Techy you can install this with no issues. I'm happy with the entire case of the cameras very very durable, it works great even when temps hit about 104° & non stop showers. I'm waiting for Wisconsin winters to arrive, I will post an update as to the cameras performance during the sub-zero,sleet, hail & winds.

So far, the wireless cameras and recorder are working great. The night vision is really clear. I will update my review after I talk to the Tech Support. I am having trouble keeping the wifi signals connected online.What would make this a great purchase to have had the monitor included. I had to purchase that separately, which I knew when I made my choice.I like the constant recording and the ability to use my phone or laptop to see what was recorded or to view live.The pictures in the manual could be bigger, as I read the instructions, I couldn't make out the example picture even bifocals!

i love the cameras but, i have to say, i had a problem with the waterproof on 1 singular camera at 2 month of use,the software is a little bit slow, and the playback y not what it has to be, but in overall a good product for the money i spent on it. if you want more quality you have to pay more
