Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two, Clarifying Shampoo, Deep Cleanses + Removes Buildup, For All Hair Types, Especially Oily Hair

This is my 2nd purchase ofPaul Mitchell Shampoo Two, Clarifying Shampoo. Product arrived in sealed wrap, authentic product. Excellent.Always skeptical of purchasingSalon products online. Both of my purchases have been authentic products and salon quality.Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two, Clarifying Shampoo Deeply cleanses and removes dulling buildup.Leaves hair squeaky clean, shiny and full of body.Crisp, energizing lemon scent.Smells nice, but, not overwhelming or offensive.I do not have oily hair . It’s long and normal-dry. Thus, I can go several days between shampooing. But, I need a good cleansing and scalp shampoo.I’ve been looking for a shampoo that was as good as the discontinued Neutrogena Clean shampoo. I am convinced that it doesn’t exist and have moved on from Neutrogena products.I’ve purchased MANY different shampoo products that claim to be clarifying or scalp cleansing. They claim to contain vinegar, rosemary,tea tree or numerous other ingredients that merit price point.None of these various products are cheap ranging from $8 - $20. Wasted money.Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two, Clarifying Shampoo is the best that I’ve tried. My hair and scalp are clean. It doesn’t strip or dull my hair. I’m staying with this shampoo. Could have purchased a year’s supply of Paul Mitchell quality shampoo with $ I’ve wasted on trying so many other brands!

This is my first choice in shampoos to remove the build up in my hair. I use it about twice a week on average. My hair tends to run on the greasy, wavy, side so I use a lot of dry shampoo. It does have a light scent but practically smells fragrance free. It leaves my hair feeling thicker, less greasy, and with more volume. The one thing about that is it does make it harder to comb through after the shower but it does the job without drying the hair out too much. It lasts me for at least 3 months if I use it 2-3 times per week with this size bottle so even though it seems pricey for one bottle of shampoo, it lasts a long time because it isn’t meant for everyday use. I would recommend it.

I LOVE this stuff! I've purchased multiple bottles. Strips all of the build up on your hair and improves the texture so much! I get compliments on how pretty and shiny my hair is all the time and it's because I use this shampoo to keep it healthy! A bottle will last you for a while too! Very much worth the price!

My husband prefers a clarifying shampoo, and for a while it seemed like all of the drugstore options vanished from the market.After a certain point, we decided that sinking more time into the hunt for a drugstore replacement for what he had been using (since discontinued) wasn't worth it and gave this a shot.It cleans thick hair well and helps him avoid greasiness even with an every-other-day shampoo routine. The light citrus fragrance is pleasant and unisex. The large bottle is convenient and will last him over a year (even with me dipping into it to clarify once a month or so).Despite those positive qualities, it doesn't seem to do anything unique or special that he wasn't getting from a drugstore option. We like it, and will repurchase if we can't find similar performance in a more accessible price-point, but it isn't quite a "holy grail" tier product.

Great cleansing quality! Removes build up. We use for swimmers in chlorine!

At 37 years old, for some reason my hair suddenly became extremely oily. I'm talking embarrassingly oily after only skipping one day of wash. I was super self conscious about it. My mother gave me something that she just so happened to have on hand and it worked super great. Unfortunately they stopped making it so I had to look for something else. I searched Amazon and I know growing up from my parents using it that Paul Mitchell is good. This has worked wonders. I am back to every 2-3 day washes. My hair feels lighter, shiny, and has great volume. I have super thick wavy hair and I am very pleased. The quality is great. There is a barely there almost lemon smell. The value isn't so bad and I consider myself a cheap-o but it was affordable for me especially when I caught it on sale. The value for the money is excellent. My hair is long so I have to use a good bit. Super easy to rinse out..sudsy but not overkill sudsy.

It definitely clarifies your hair of any products if you plan on coloring your hair a different color. I used a few times before doing so, just in case. Do not condition or add any product afterwards.

My daughter has oily hair and this worked pretty well. I would recommend it if your hair isn’t super oily. Smells great!
