I actually think you're underselling this. So far it's awesome on a Lenovo Yoga 920
I think you're doing this product a disservice in that you're selling it as a Mac peripheral. I bought it as it was on a deal, knowing that I was taking a risk. I don't own a Mac but own a Lenovo Yoga 920 which has two USB-C ports. I figured that surely this would work with the Lenovo but was looking for some confirmation that it would work on something other than a Mac.I figured I could always send it back if it didn't. Well it's just arrived and it's awesome. It's actually smaller than I expected and works like a charm. Why on earth do you only publicise it like it's only going to work on a Mac.The ports all seem to work fine, I've plugged into the Ethernet and it's great. This could be the first time that I'm chiding a company for selling a great product but not advertising it very well.I really bought this mainly for the Ethernet port, but... the fact that it comes with practically every other port you could wish for and in so tiny and light a package is awesome.Perfect

Massive shame.
What a shame!! The product has all the ports you could hope for, however the first two I have tried have not worked as expected. Firstly, the usb c charging port does not charge an iPad Pro 12.9 as expected! You plug in your charger and then the iPad says “not charging”. That’s with the official charger that comes with the iPad. I’ve also tried a generic charger and that doesn’t even bring up any messages, just doesn’t work full stop.Second issue was with the hdmi port. I use Sky Go excessively, I’m a massive sports fan! Be very clear, this will NOT stream sky go to your TV. Whilst this might not be an issue with the hub, I do think it’s the responsibility of the seller to make it clear what apps won’t work with this!Ethernet port is another big need of mine, however with 2 ports already not working as expected I’ve decided not to bother trying it and will just return for refund instead.

Check your usb type c ports capability first
Whilst this is a decent product, I bought this specifically to give my brand new HP i7 10th gen laptop additional hdmi and vga outputs, to my dismay only the usb ports and card reader ports worked, After changing hdml/vga cables without success, I though initially my usb type c port was faulty, and then I dug into the documentation for my laptop, turns out the usb type c port on my laptop is purely for data transfer only, so the vga/hdmi ports dont work, my bad, not the products fault, just be wary before buying and double check your usb type c port is not just for data transfer

Incredible price compared to the competition and seems very well made.
Having previously spent £240 on a 13 port OWC dock for my MacBook Pro 13" I bought a MacBook 12" - only to find that the OWC wasn't compatible. I didn't fancy spending the same amount of money, but was REALLY sceptical that the Letscom would work. I'd never heard of the brand before, but was prepared to take a punt on it.I'm amazed - it works very well, perfect quality picture through HDMI and charges my MacBook no problem. It's a beautifully made thing, feels very high quality, the aluminium is beautifully finished. Very compact - you can easily slip this into a bag if you're travelling, which you could not do with the OWC dock I previously owned. The only very minor downside is that the power delivery cable that plugs into the MacBook is somewhat on the short side - when I'm using this the MacBook is on a raised stand next to my monitor (so that the screens are roughly the same height) and the dock has to stand on its end, rather than lying flat on the desk. Really, though, that's a very small gripe and it would not stop me from recommending this to anyone.

Great build quality and overall use!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Pros:1) The box itself outlines all the important features of the hub and inside you will find all the essentials.2) The case for the hub is very nice to touch and overall feels very high quality.3) There is also a manual which you can take a look at if you get stuck (although it is a very straightforward product).4) The hub itself is built very well. It is solid and feels cold to the touch. It seems to be metallic or at least has a metallic coating but nonetheless, it still has some plastic which is forgivable since it is good quality.5) The cable is also very good and is attached sturdily to the hub.6) The ports all work as they should, and they all work simultaneously as well.

A brilliant piece of kit.
I never leave reviews immediately after getting the item as you can't review it properly - I received the item, all ports work and that's great. However, most of my previous hubs stopped working after several months or the cables were poor quality so they broke. This one is brilliant, 4 months in with using this on a daily basis and it never disappointed me. All the ports work just well, there's everything you need and there's plenty of room for expansion. The cable connecting the hub to the laptop is also still in the perfect condition. I use this for my Mac and you can just plug the power cable directly into the hub, which leaves you with even more ports. When travelling, I always use the included pouch to carry it so that might be one of the reasons why it's still in the perfect condition.

Does not work on iPad Pro.
It does not work on iPad Pro. It does not charge the iPad. When you plug in the charger to the USB-C port on the hub, you get ‘not charging’ on the iPab. The SD card reader did not work. The iPad audio stops as soon as you connect the hub even though you have not connected the headphones. There is no way to play audio from iPad with hub connected. This is very poor design.

It get hot!
The unit gets really hot, I’m not sure it’s supposed to be like this so I will contact support for advice otherwise I’m returning it, I have the unit connected to my MacBook Pro, 2 usb units connected to it which are a hard drive and a keyboard ( the music type keyboard not a computer keyboard) and it’s already very hot, I’m sure it won’t last long if it’s heating up like this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?
