Very solid construction with a weight that gives your hands a good workout. I might have to shine them at some point but unless I lose them, I don't imagine I'll ever need to purchase another set in my life. They'll outlast me :) You want quality, usually you have to pay a little more. In this case I definitely got what I payed for and I'm quite happy. It's not a decorative case, it's functional. The case is well made too. It's a small zipper bag with an inlay in which to set them to keep them from hitting each other if you are traveling with them. I would like to have a decorative case for them but I know that isn't the product being advertised and sold here :) Of course it's not a "one size fits all" sort of thing, most things aren't. There's too many variables to account for between people. I think these would be great for rehab and definitely for building strength. If you're looking for something light, are petite, for a kid, etc. consider the exact size and weight of these.

Great for hand coordination and strength, i use it as a fidget. Only ever put them down if my hand is sore from them after hours of use. Great weight and love the case that it comes with

These hand mobility exercise stainless steel balls have a decent weight to them to keep the exercise challenging. Even with a little bit of practice the hand muscles will get stronger. I bought them to deal with a nagging pain in hand joints, and with some regular exercise (2-3 times a week) my hands have been pain-free. As advised by other users, I wipe them with soft cloth after each use and before storing them away to keep them looking like new. The protective molded box is of good quality with a sturdy zipper closure.

Review is from guys prespective. These balls are good quality overall. Comes with a cool case and the weight is just right I would say. They have a nice polished finish and no metallic odor. The only thing I would change is the size. I thought they would be bigger. A little more size would be perfect for me, although there would also be more weight...I got this item to help with my arm injury and failing grip strength. I hope this helps my hand get better. All in all nice product, thanks!

These are wonderful in every aspect. Smooth, solid, comfortable, and a great little zip up case. This is my first set so the only thing I would recommend is that you research sizes first. I have somewhat larger than average hands and these feel a little large for a first timer. So nothing against this product or the company at all. I highly recommend these but do your homework on sizes. 5 stars!

I really like these they're a good size maybe a smidge too big but really they work wonderfully. I like that they don't make musical notes except for if I get them clicked together. They're nice smooth to the touch. About the only thing I can say You need to be concerned about is they are seriously heavy for what they look like and for what they are. However that weight will also help with your strength training on your wrist so at first seriously don't be surprised if you can't do more than five they are pound each they're heavy. I have a backpack leather purse so it's heavy anyway But I generally have to carry my stuff maybe my husband's wallet and certainly some kid crap that they don't want to hold anymore if we're going somewhere and I'm bringing my person. I will not no matter what carry these little guys in my purse That's how heavy they are

These are great for aging arthritic hands! If you suffer from painful hands these are wonderful. Use as directed as often as you like. They are made well and have a lovely case. They are work and absolutely help with painful hands!
