8" X 10" Premium Arctic Matte Inkjet Photo Paper - 50 Sheets

I have a Canon MX870 and use Adobe Elements 13 for general cleaning and enhancement of photos. Through the years I have learned enough to be dangerous and began working on number of old family photos and documents many of which I scanned almost 20 years ago. My point is that I did not want to go through all that work and print the older sepia/black and white photos on my usual paper - photo paper semi-gloss. I found this paper to be excellent for black and white photos and documents which I printed out as graphics (i.e. immigration papers) but missed the mark for many photos. Still it is very good paper for the price.

I like this paper a lot, use it for my art prints for Etsy shop. Colors come out beautiful on my Epson with high quality plain paper setting. I get 5 star reviews from customers 👍 Hard to tell which side is the printable side at first, just pay attention when you first pull out of box, bag is labeled. Bright, cool, crisp white, not a warm white. Works great for me.

Still getting a feel for it - But I like this paper! I tried it in an Epson - which had so many problems using ink and making a print with no streaks...... not a fair test of this paper. Just tried it in my old HP cheapie........ first on photo settings..... BLAH. No contrast, and lifeless! So I changed to "plain paper - Best" ....... AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Nice deep blacks - snappy contrast, all kinds of highlight detail. Nice and good enough to frame. Just make sure your photo has a good range of detail and values, ( Ansel Adams ) and it will be a nice image for this paper. Thumbs up! Here is the photo I used so you can get a feel for the repro.

I'm currently looking into creating prints of my photography, and artwork but I didn't want to heavily invest in a new printer yet. So I found this paper to use with it to see how well my current printer does. I really love how my photos came out on the paper. While in the long run a new printer may be better due to ink usage, I'm really pleased to use this paper, and plan to continue using this paper (even with my possible new printer). I'm obsessed with how my photos look on this paper. Bright and vibrant.

I have just begun printing my photos from Lightroom. This paper absorbs the ink well and leaves a very nice finished photo (that is if my work is done well). The paper has a nice weight to it. So far the paper has been very uniform and works very well for what I am looking for. My only hesitation with matte papers (all three brands I have used ;--) ) is not always quickly noticing the print side. I have used two other brands and it seems this is the industry standard. Ultimately I figure it out. Maybe if there was a simple marking on the back side that wouldn't show through, just a thought. I will buy this paper again.

This paper is great. My photos look professionally done and I didn't have any problems with the thickness of the paper and my printer. This is my second purchase of Finestra Art photo paper and it won't be my last.

Paper was good for what I needed. It was matte so I expected it to look dull compared to glossy..but it's a little duller than I had hoped. Almost looks like the photos are on regular paper and not photo paper. Still a good buy for the price and will utilize the photo paper somehow
