Prevue Pet Products Playpen Cover/Mat

I ordered this and exchanged mine for a new one after two days when it developed several holes. I use this for a small guinea pig and expected it to last a little longer. I thought maybe I just received one that was in stock for a while and was maybe a little dry-rotted. Unfortunately, the same is happening with the replacement mat after only a few days of use and I am undecided if I want to return or exchange again. Amazon's new return policy makes this incredibly inconvenient because the closest UPS store to me is 30+ miles away. 60+ miles round-trip to return something $22 is a super waste of my time. I will probably keep it because it fits the playpen I bought and I dunno, duct tape the holes? But I don't recommend this product. It is not durable and not good quality for the money. Gave it shot, twice.

Not good for pets that like to chew. They picture it with small animals, but it works for about as long as it takes for them to realize they can chew it. I've had my rabbit on it ten minutes... And its ruined. The canvas type material is nearly impossible to scrub. This was an absolute waste.

I definitely recommend. I purchased the playpen cage to go with the mat and now I have a happy guinea pig!

This is a terrible product. I can’t believe I’ve spent almost $20 on this cheaply made , misstitched piece of crap. Honestly, it should have come free with the pen. It’s hard to clean, unless you want to dunk the whole thing in the water. Forget wipe cleaning.If I attach the Velcro straps it makes it easier for my jerbils to climb out , which kills the purpose of having them in there the first place.Seriously, save your money...

It's pretty good so far. I like that if my hedgehog pees or poops on it, it is easy to clean. Just pick up and wipe with animal-friendly soap/wipes.I dont know about the thickness because Teemo hasn't scratched it yet. But it's a large area for her to play in and to be her second cage when her regular one is being cleaned.I gave it 4 stars tho because I feel like it should come with the play pen since its made only for the playpen. Charge a bit more for a bundle and people might not complain about the quality.

I haven't used it very much, but it's such a great light weight, that I can put my hedgehog in there while I'm cleaning out his home (cage) or if I want to introduce him to friends/family/new persons, it's easy to sit next to & low to easily reach in with him having great visibility of their hand/arm approaching that gives him a sense of ease. Hedgehogs startle easy and ball up. Although, LOTS AND LOTS OF handling and loving can eliminate most of that. Just saying, something to help the bonding between your tiny critters and us humans - this is a great tool, besides your baby having a fun new area to run around in.

Very durable and thick material. I bought it to cover the matching pins I built up for my rabbits. I do not like how the Velcro attaches to the sides, but it does keep it secure. Just a pain when I have to clean the cage.

I bought this, needing to clear out some space in my apartment. I planned on using it for my guinea pigs while I clean their cage, and it has been so great. I put a towel inside to make it even easier to clean, but it really does the trick and rolls up easily and tightly for storage. I highly recommend this!!
