This is a wonderful seasoning blend of dill, onions, chive, lemon peel, ginger and garlic.I add this to chicken, steak and hamburgers prior to grilling. I also add to any vegetables I am roasting.It's also good as a sandwich sprinkle, to add a bit of zest crunch and flavor. Sprinkle on a salad as well.

This is one of the best flavors for burgers and other sandwiches, such as egg salad. I can't eat pickles and this is a great substitute. Highly recommend.

I use this dill blend to season potato salad, make tartar sauce for fish and on top of mayonnaise slathered on a piece of fish before baking at 400 F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish - Julia Child’s advice as never let me down on this one!

I like it, but don't! I've used it a couple of times, but i think the bay is a bit overpowering for roasting salmon, and other fish more delicate. It tastes better in poaching liquid for salmon and shrimp with lemon and bit of white wine. I don't care for the bay leaf and dill together, so that can be my issue. One or the other for me as they both stand out and overpower each other and the other spices. I don't like the 2 together.
