I recently started using riding jeans but have a couple of Dainese jackets. If you are the same boat and find that when on the motorbike you are basically flashing the person behind you, then this is for you.It essentially connects to the jeans using a standard belt looped through. This can be tricky and needs a bit of trial and error to get right so the zip will go smoothly, so I'd recommend getting a belt for the jeans and leaving it on there.Benefits- If you did have an accident, I feel that your skin would literally be saved as theres less chance of exposed lower back coming into contact with tarmac- Keeps the breeze out- Its just more comfortableThings to consider- Only works with Dainese jackets- Whilst I think it would save in a small road speed crash, if you like speed and thrills, then there might be a risk it could split, I've not tested how long you could slide before it gives and theres no CE rating thankfully- It only comes in one size and on one pair of jeans ripples a bit. I might be able to solve it by tweaking which loops I hook it to but if it ripples it can make the zip a little harder to pull round (hence I dropped one star)- Slight faff to fit, but hopefully once you've got it on you'll just leave it there
