Just what I was wanting!
Easily put together- clear booklet of instructions with pictures. Heavy duty cart, wheel casters are very industrial grade and has locking wheels- glides easily around. I will definitely get a lot of use from this item. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Instructions are backwards
I like this product. Was a little scared due to previous reviews noting damage. Mine came unscathed...one or two very minor production dings in the table top, but nothing to be concerned about. Stainless steel work surface is a fingerprint magnet! Minor damage - the threads on one of the holes on the adjustable shelf is messed up. I can't install one of the screws. The shelf seems pretty sturdy with just one screw in the leg (there are 3 more legs for a total of 7 good screws) - I don't plan on testing out the load rating capacity of the lower shelf, so all is good. It's tall! I knew that going in, but seems even taller due to the size (I got a 24" x 18"). For rolling around, next time I would get something a bit wider...18" width and 38.5" tall is not necessarily wobbly, but is a little top heavy. Instructions: Rather than assembling the wheels & legs first, sliding the four legs through the shelf openings, then trying to seat this 4-legged octopus of an assembly into the table top, I flipped the assembly order. It was much simpler to first install the legs into the table top, followed by the shelf, and putting on the wheels on last. Caster installation - instruction needs a little modification...1) Tighten the adjustment ring until black rubber expands slightly....NO!...tighten the adjustment ring until black rubber expands so that it fits snugly inside of the leg....very snugly but still able to install by hand. The rubber needs be tight to the inside of the leg so that when the circular adjustment ring is tightened, friction/resistance between the black rubber and the leg allows the circular adjustment ring to squeeze down on the black rubber, thereby expanding the rubber even further and tightening the caster assembly inside of the leg. Without this rubber to leg resistance, the adjustment ring will continue to spin in place. Would buy again.

Better Than Expected
So a couple prefaces and reasoning for my review and rating ; so I got the 24x48 size table with backsplash. I paid 76.28 for this in April 2025. For whatever reason that was a lot cheaper than the version with the same size with out the backslash. The price was awesome, I couldn't find a used one here in Southern California for that price. I read the reviews and there were comments about difficulty assembling, removing the film as well as scratches and rusting. I just got it today, the assembly wasn't super difficult, I did it myself, I am 50 and fit but not Godzilla and 5'9 155. Was it heavy, yes so if you are not used to moving or aligning heavy pieces you will need help. I would say though heavy, it was easier to assemble that 90% of the Ikea items I have had in life (and I have had a lot). So I wouldn't mark it down for assembly. Regarding the film used to protect it; did take some time to remove it, yes but it wasn't horrible. I just chilled and tried to make it as meditative as possible. Assembly and film removal took like 90 minutes interspersed with a glass of wine. It did come with some scratches, based on the other reviews I was expecting that. Were they horrible, no., it's going to get scratched if you are using anyway. Also considering the price I dont think you can expect something flawless. If I paid $200 for it would I have expected it more flawless. I didnt pay much for it so as a result it's reasonable not to expect perfection.Having said that, it's attractive, seems sturdy, arrived 3 days earlier than promised. It was packaged well. It's day one, I yet cant speak to the comments regarding rusting. I live in the desert in Southern California and it will be used inside, I also plan to keep it clean just using mild dish soap so hopefully that will avoid those issues. The only reason I deducted one star was for the unknown issue yet of rusting/ discoloration mentioned by others. In a few months I will try update the review regarding those issues. Thank you, be well and try not to overthink this purchase.

DECENT KITCHEN WORK TABLE, BUT THERE ARE A COUPLE THINGS.....
I have a 6' open wall with two outlets and wanted something to store and use a number of my kitchen appliances, and this fit the space perfectly. Overall pretty nice for being Stainless Steel and fairly affordable.......However; one of the top rounded edges is dented, one of the two corner welds on one leg mount of the bottom shelf is broken (or was never welded in the first place as I see no weld bead) but still structurally strong enough for my purposes (I might hit it with a little J.B. Weld). One set screw was defective and couldn't get the Allen wrench into it. Being only 18" wide (which I picked) makes the table "slightly" tipsy because of the length and height, but once I load up the bottom shelf it should stabilize. Very easy to assemble (tool and two spare set screws provided). Still have to put it int he kitchen and remove the protective film.

Nice table, but load ratings may be BS due to design flaw
I bought this to be used as a laundry table, for folding clothes on top and storing detergent, etc. on the lower shelf. It is extremely sturdy for this purpose or any light to medium duty usage. Mine arrived without any dents or scatches that was noted in other reviews. The top is standard stainless steel, it does not have a coating or special treatment like a stove or refrigerator, and IT WILL get scratched up over time, get used to it. The lower shelf is steel that is what I think has a silver powder coat finish. Legs are chrome plated heavy duty steel. Casters are the biggest, heavy duty things I've ever seen, similar to those on a gurney. Assembly was easy when assembled upside down, table top and shelf have 2 set screws per leg. a wrench is included. Make sure you know what shelf height is to be used ahead of time. Casters are a bit of a pain, trick is to loosen the bolt that runs thru the rubber stopper so it slides in easier, then tighten it. Regarding load ratings or weight limit, I would not put anything heavy like a 200 LB meat slicer on top of this thing because of the way the lower shelf corners are made, please see attached photo. The lower shelf is appears to be tack welded (MIG welded?) to the leg rings, they do not have any type of a weld bead on them for reinforcement. If the table was rolled around with something really heavy and it got stuck on something, those rings would snap right off and the whole thing would collapse. A better design would be to extend the shelf size out to enclose those leg rings and weld with a bead all around. Forgot to mention that the model that I bought is really tall with those huge casters, so it would get top-heavy real fast with something big on top. Just be aware or this for your needs.
