No help at all. NOT RECOMENDED.I bought a Honda Lawn Mower and an Asurion protection. The mower worked fine at first, but broke after the 30 day official Amazon return policy.I contacted Asurion via website, filled out the info, and was told to contact Honda Power Tools at their office phone number. No one answers, no one returns my call.This is a waste of money.

We bought a tent, in the first rain the thing folded like a cheap suit. We contacted them and have yet to have the issue resolved.

called twice 23 minutes then disconnected tried to file a claim for a canopy that rusted and broke a pipe sorry thats not covered I am reporting them to amazon dont waste your money this is a scam

Warranty
How can we really be expected to give a review on any purchased warranty? The product that I bought the warranty for still works so when I get to use the warranty should the product fail then I can tell you how the warranty and the company owners that sells the warranty how good they are? Should I need to use the warranty then I will be able to redo the review and star rating.

bought it with a power washer and weeks later the powerwasher is refunded than a week later i find that they never refunded the warranty

Protect your purchases
This is the first time I purchased insurance for a product and boy am I glad I did. After the warranty expired on a circuit board this insurance policy kicked in for up to 3 years. Of course the board failed after year 2 and Asurion stepped in and paid for a new board. That $29.99 saved me $174.00.I now always check for insurance on a product that is expensive.Only problem I see now is that you have to look for this insurance , it does not just pop up with item being purchased.

This warranty is a waste of money
This warranty is a waste of money, they won't fix the problem if something happens to the product you purchase off of Amazon's website, don't waste your time or money my opinion ok,thank you.

Asurion is useless!
Does not cover the new cost of the product after price is raised. Don't waste your money on this plan. Amazon claims that asurion is a third party insurance company and they don't have any information to give you about their policies.
