Loving this knife and anticipating the purchase of a 6” blade to complement. I have had it a couple of months now and it slices effortlessly and seems to stay very sharp. I am getting better with the hand shield and it is allowing me to improve on my knife skills. Recommended.

It is a very solid knife with good balance and very sharp. The added sharpener and the nice box are a great added touch. The only reason for the 4 starts instead of 5 is the fake damascus steel pattern that is added to the blade. For anyone who knows knives this will be off putting as it is clearly not real damascus steel. I would avoid buying this for anyone who cares a lot of about knives or knows knives as they will likely have a problem with that. Kind of a shame considering the rest of the knife if very good and the pattern is not needed.

My tomato slices remain exceptionally thin and crisp.The knife’s balance is comfortable and well-suited for my hand size. Despite its substantial size, it feels lightweight and maneuverable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and am impressed by the value for money.

Its very sharp but use it with care. It cuts skin at a slight force.
