Would this block music from a loud neighbor?

No it doesn’t block the sound. It just dead ends the sound behind the mic a bit. & helps stop reflection coming from the back of the mic.

Can someone please tell me if the Bluebird SL wouls fit?

You need to have a shock mount to use it with Bluebird SL. You have to install Bluebird SL on the shock mount first, and then install the shock mount on the isolation shield.

Does this fit for condenser mics?

It does! You might just need an attachment to mount to mic, but I've solely been using a condenser and the isolation is amazing!

Can you recommend a stand for this?

I got a refund. You can get mic shields with stands for the same price.
