There are no illustrations in the book. They could have at least done stick figure drawings if not photos. There are only descriptions of exercises.

Great exercises
This short book is vert clear and informative and the exercises are well described. Several of these have been recommended to me in physical therapy over the years. My issue comes from reading however and this isn't addressed choosing to focus on ergonomics for sedentary positions. Still very helpful for me and highly recommended for those who don't have the time or money for PT.

Very helpful
I am a registered nurse and do a lot of charting/typing, as well as hunching over my patients at the bedside. have been searching for years for anything I can do to relieve my neck and shoulder pain. This is truly the first book that has helped me. After doing these exercises, my pain is drastically reduced, and my massage therapist just told me that my EARS now move when she works that area...I had no idea my ears were a symptom of the problem, haha. If you are willing to commit to 20 min of physical therapy exercises, try this book. It worked for me.

marvelous enhancement!!
I've had back issues for quite a long time subsequent to applying some sound judgment practices which are recorded in the book I've had marvelous enhancement in my shoulders and my back as well as a lot of my back agony Is gone ! This book is an unquestionable requirement perused and a simple read if your intrigued by a solid way of life .

Excellent compendium of exercises
The book is easy to read and understand. If you do the exercises faithfully, you will strengthen your neck and back muscles and reduce forward head position. Some of the neck exercises I could do while driving in the car. I saw definite improvement in the x-rays that are taken periodically to monitor the situation.

Short and sweet
The information in this book has helped me significantly. The exercises ate helpful, and nothing requires a huge time commitment.

Lack of pictures
There are no illustrations nor pictures. This kind of book is needs visual content . Pictures would be nice .
