Does this work with Zwift?

It says it's supported on the Zwift website. It doesn't support bluetooth so you'll need an ANT+ receiver.

How is this different from Garmin foot pod? Can it track distance for indoor run/walk like the foot pod does?

I don't think it captures/ estimates distance, the watch will do that now without the need for a foot pod. This doesn't doesnt capture data if you're walking.

Will this improve distance accuracy on my treadmill runs?

Unfortunately no. I bought this specifically for the treadmill since my Fenix 7 is grossly inaccurate for me on my treadmill (it isn’t the case for another family member with the same watch). Unfortunately even after changing the battery (the same day I unboxed it), it will often read 0.0 for speed, while at the same the cadence will have a reading that changes wildly (and inaccurately), and distance will remain unchanged for sometime .25 miles. Very disappointed. If I’m outside, GPS does a good job, so for me, this is kind of worthless because so far I only need it on my treadmill. Thinking of going back to Polar. Never had this issue with them.

Does this require a garmin watch, or can i just use it with the garmin app on my iphone (and no other garmin device)?
