This is my all time favorite camera strap. I have one for all three of my cameras, two of which are DSLR's with extra battery grips and often carry heavier lenses (like an 80-200mm f/2.8).The strap is very strong, although it does have a little give or bounce to it that might feel a little unnerving at first, it is solid and over the past 12 years I have been using these straps I have yet to have one fail on me.The strap is much softer around the neck than the factory straps that come with most cameras. Since there is no rubber grip on the strap, if you wear it across your body, with your camera hanging to your side, it will not catch, but simply slide around you as you lift your camera to take a shot. Also if you don't want or need the strap for a moment, just snap off the buckles at the ends, remove the main part of the strap and buckle just the thin ends together, leaving you with practically just your camera.All in all a great product at a killer price!!!

the only thing i don't like about this strap are the ends. wish they used a leather or nylon ends for attachment to the camera so its more flexible and doesn't get all twisted. what i do like is that this strap is very comfortable around your neck unlike the stock straps your camera came in with. shame on those big companies who supply us with the crappy straps especially if you have big lenses attached to your camera. the weight alone will make you feel like someone is trying to put a rope around your neck. this strap is an excellent replacement for those crappy straps. the quick release buckles are sturdy and very secure so u don't have to worry about losing your camera. despite my little complaint, i still recommend this based on comfort and price. can't go wrong buying this.

I bought this same strap 10 years ago in a camera shop where I bought my binoculars.The lower parts are fine but the strap wore out...this one was the exact same and fit the connectors.Very comfortable to wear.

Many years ago an employee at a camera store recommended this strap to me and I've been using it ever since. It lasted a long time and I finally got a replacement. It was still working great for years but started to lose its elasticity and didn't look as nice. It's absolutely essential for any photographer who knows that feeling of shoulder pain from your heavy camera. This bouncy, stretchy strap is incredibly shockproof, unlike a flat strap, so your camera doesn't weight you down. It holds your camera securely, never had any issues with this thing.

Bought one of these twenty-five years ago and it has been attached to every camera I have owned.Infinitely more comfortable than standard camera straps, especially in summer with light shirts.No friction or 'cutting' of shoulders. Neoprene cushions camera and you don't feel the constant 'bounce' of the camera when walking.Old one finally went when one of the plastic clips cracked; no complaints after twenty-five years. Fixed with duct tape then realized that they were still made. IMMEDIATELY ordered a replacement.Funny thing: I paid less for the replacement than I did for the original. Worth it at twice the price.

This is a great replacement for the OEM Canon/Nikon straps that come with the cameras. It's a soft neoprene wetsuit-like material so it doesn't get annoying to wear. I wear it across my chest with camera at one side and can forget about it after a minute or two it's so comfortable.Only con and not worthy dropping the rating is it's much more flexible than the OEM straps. With the heavier camera/lens combos like my 5D and 70-200 the strap has a slight bounce to it.

OpTech makes the best strap out there. I love that I can customize the length and that I can clip it into my backpack straps! And on top of that the price was terrific!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderfully constructed and would work perfectly for a larger camera. I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS 60 and the loops are too big for the camera. Had to return it.

Bought this to replace the strap that came with my new camera, in this case a Fujifilm X-T20. The fuji strap is good quality but thin and cuts into your neck after a few hours. This one on the other hand is extremely comfortable all day. Why only four stars then....well it arrived in the usual Aamazon cardboard box but it was placed inside in a clear plastic bag that was wide open??? Don't get me wrong I'm all for saving the planet etc. but no branding box, for a company like this it doesn't very professional.

My third Optech strap. I now have one on every camera I use regularly. I got this one for my Lumix LX100 as the Pro strap I use with SLRs was a bit unnecessary on a compact. One of those outlasted the first camera I used it on.

Very comfortable indeed. The third neoprene strap I've tried and the first to really make a difference when carrying a heavy DSLR. And at last I have got rid of the yellow Nikon advertisement from round my neck

Really good, long strap which I am using for lightweight binoculars worn around nexk and under one arm.

Excellent strap - highly recommended.The design is such that if you detach the main foamy bit, the shorter pieces on the camera can attach forming a convenient wrist strap. The strap is compressible and will not take up too much space in your bag. Overall an excellent product.
